How clean the rooms were

One of our room keys stopped working and we had to get it exchanged a few times, but the staff was very helpful

Great location and easily accessible to highway

The TV in the room did not work the whole time we stayed

comfortable, well equipped room. breakfast was surprisingly good for a "included breakfast" hot food as well as the usual continental. great location, near everything we were looking for.

We loved our stay here! This was part of a 3 stop trip and this was by far the best hotel on the trip! The staff was excellent, the room was amazing and the location was top!

Not really anything. If I had to get really picky the pool was kind of small.

The location was very convenient to the workshop we were attending, as well as Garden of Gods hiking. Liked the swimming pool and workout room. Very comfortable beds and room. The hot breakfast was good.

I did not like the fact that we had to pay extra for parking, as I was not aware that was an extra charge. Although the hotel allows dogs, I did not think the guest with the large dog in the breakfast food line was allowed to do that (Public Health issue?)

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and nice. It was in a great location with lots of restaurants, gas stations and fast food. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting.

The only flaw was that the hotel staff must have checked us out the night before because our room cards stopped working the next morning so it was difficult to go in and out while loading our car to leave. We had to go to the front desk to get new working cards and the staff didn’t seem apologetic at all. Kind of put a damper on what would have been an excellent stay.
