Quality Inn Denver Northeast Brighton

The staff was very friendly.

It was dirty. My room number wasn’t on the wall. The security doors were broken. The floor in the room was stained and so was the bedding. It was discussing.

The door handle broke. The room was not secure. There was blood on the floor. There was blood on the walls. There is nasty Q-tips under the vanity part. It was disgusting in there and room service. Didn’t even check on me.

Was unable to stay here as I needed easy access rooms and the only available were on the second and third floors and the elevators weren't working. One of our party is 89, the other 2 are 69.

The price was reasonable, but i understand why.

The outside needs immediate attention , gives off a bad odor and a bit trashy just walking in .

Hotel was dirty. Breakfast was sparse. The luggage rack in the room was absolutely gross and unusable. The bathroom fan made a horrendous noise when in use.

The staff was friendly.

The hotel seems to be very run down and smells like cigarette smoke throughout the entire building. The shower was very old, cracks in the floor and very small rooms, “queen size” beds are actually full size beds. It was definitely not a great stay.

Ease of check-in

Bad smells, bad looks, cracked tile, stains everywhere, weird pillows, flickering lights, crazy electrical adapters. Weird after weird after weird.

Algae in the hot tub elevator broken/ got stuck with guest in it

The elevator shut down while we were in it, trying to return downstairs after we arrived in a room that had not been cleaned.

It was near the place I needed to be in morning

Internet was weak ,if any an the security measures where little to none. Anyone could walk in to the place without a key front or back door

Overall we had a decent stay. We only stayed for a few hours and hence can't write a thorough review!

Internet wasn't working great, it's hanging up frequently. Jacuzi wasn't operational. Rest were somewhat fine(we couldn't use any facilities!) Google map gets confused on exact location as Hotel name board is invisible/ hidden from a few roads.

Nothing, waste of money, and they made a charge on our card, they SWORE didn?t go through!

Broken doors, broken screens, no one at the front desk when arrived had to wait a while to find someone, rooms stained and smelled bad

Hotel was warm felt humidity. Room ac was warm

Room small. Swimming pool was out of order. Price shouldn't have been refund.

It's proximity to the location where my meeting took place.

It was filthy inside and out. Back door to parking lot didn't lock. Room was disgusting had to be switched and the new room wasn't much better. Breakfast was subpar at best.

To close to the road lots of traffic noise.

This is NOT a 3 star hotel. Please change the rating. You can see how much i travel. It was dirty, old, the side door did not close, in a crappy neighborhood.

Location, staff and the deadbolt didn't work. No one offered to try to fix it and as a single woman traveling alone, that was scary.

The morning breakfast was good

The tub/shower was rusty. Door to my room stuck badly making it difficult to open or close, toilet stopped up.

Location close to my event breakfast OK had eggs and meat.

Rooms needed updating The carpet is not clean unexpected deposit required at check in.

Staff was very friendly and willing to assist. The room I was assigned was neat and clean.

Approaching the hotel, there is very poor curb appeal. The building looks very run down. The pool was closed.
