The staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was great. The rooms and all parts of the hotel were very clean.

Though I understand the reasoning behind it, there are no microwaves in the room, and the pool area doesn't have a hot tub.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was decent as much as free breakfast can be. Overall very satisfied.

Very convenient location for the Un. of Colorado Hospital and very modern facilities. Great exercise room and breakfast was super tasty. We will come back again to stay there.

The breakfast was great, the location was easy to access, the staff was incredible! We had a problem with the door opening with the card and maintenance immediately fixed it. So happy with our stay and will definitely return.

Broken lock on door was a problem but was attended to immediately.

It was easy to get to. They had a good breakfast every morning.

We had to call maintenance twice to fix the toilet because it wouldn’t flush.

Friendly staff. Clean updated decor. Our room was very comfortable and clean.

There was noise the first night sounded like someone on the floor above is was jumping up and down or wrestling.

There was no conditioner in the bottle provided in the shower and the shower curtain didnt stop the water from leaking all over the bathroom floor, plus no water pressure.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was also great.

Its a newer place, shared front desk & breakfast with Home 2 Suite (strange they have different costs, ratings, etc).

Breakfast - its not "bad" it just has the lowest quality food, except the bananas.As with most America, the food ALL comes from a factory - the eggs are just not egg-like, they are a processed material like Solent Green, only with eggs.

The location is perfect. There are good options for breakfast. The room is spacious and the bathroom is quite nice.

1. Fluorescent light. 2. Broken light bulbs. 3. Can hear sound of talking and tv from next room.

Walking to the check-in desk, feel that I owed them a million!Silencing me right away when I tried to remind her that I have two rooms reserved.Ending up to two staffs checked/assigned us in, to the same room number!We found out, and returned to the desk, she checked us in, in different floors!

The new modern design and the art with mountain themes was very tasteful. The staff were super nice.

Good breakfast. Everything clean.

Room A/C is on motion sensor. Cannot circulate air at night and keeps turning off.Bathroom light is on motion sensor and turns off while showering. Also cannot stop bath light from turning on when you have to go in middle of night, which wakes up your family. Cannot easily shut bathroom door to block automatic light as bathroom door is on a slider which has dampers to prevent slamming but also prevent you from shutting the door quickly after the blinding bath light automatically comes on. Also the bathroom door handle is sharp and you have to push it really hard to open or shut the sliding door.Breakfast necessities like milk and yogurt kept running out about 1 hour before end of breakfast and we're not refilled. Beds sleep HOT. Pillows are WAY TOO SOFT providing zero support. Hot bedding plus A/C on a motion sensor adds up to sleeping poorly.Top bed cover sheet (the one people put their dirty luggage on) is integrated into the bed sheets so it touches your neck when you're sleeping (GROSS!). Had to disassemble the connected sheet and quilt system to get the clean sheet on the bottom and remove the hot quilt so the fickle A/C would be tolerable.Good luck in hot times of year!
