- Convenient ro medical
- I loved the location of this hotel because being so close to the medical campus made everything incredibly convenient. The rate was excellent compared to other nearby options, and overall the stay was very comfortable. I slept well each night, and the room felt relaxing and quiet, which made the whole experience even better
- Location great for surgery at Anschutz. Cleanliness and friendly staff. Breakfast was good too.
Cons -
- Overall great experience but the mold in the bathroom definitely could have been cleaned beforehand.
- Deadbolt on room door required key to be able to close it from outside upon leaving. This is NOT a security issue, just an annoyance.
- Staff, I already sent a review about what happened. Will not explain again. Staff manager of course turned it around to say that the staff member was doing his job. Security is who made it feel unsafe. Will not return and not doing business with Springhill again.
