The way breakfast is set up was very confusing; one day we didn?t get breakfast tokens, one day we did, though we booked both days in the same reservation. So I feel like we missed out on breakfast one day entirely. And it was just a confusing process.

Fresh food to purchase in 24 hour "convenience store"

Shuttle bus could use a refresh, seats were worn cloth and showed wear and dirt. Very rough ride (shocks?)

Really clean, fun decor.

An fyi - there is a smoked glass wall in the shower which can make things awkward depending on who you are traveling with.

My ground-floor room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the shuttle was punctual.

Always a nice stay there. Great location and friendly staff.

Had a moth issue in the hallways and room.

We had a single room with a king sized bed and it was perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which you don¿t often find at hotels. The big screen tv was located right in front of the bed, which made relaxing in bed and watching tv great.

We were disappointed there wasn¿t a complimentary breakfast. While they breakfast selection was decent, prices for certain things seemed high. A free hot breakfast would have been a nice touch.

I only liked how close it was to the airport

My room was dirty, 219, had stains on the couch under the tv, the cups and everything had dust all over them. Inside the bathroom by the toilet was an apple core. The soap inside the shower wasn¿t filled at all¿ it was just an overall terrible experience.

They charge for everything; breakfast, parking, airport shuttle! Felt like I was nickeled and dimed to death!

The worst hotel ever stayed at they double charged me for my room still haven¿t got my refund back the young lady at the front desk very rude and unprofessional

Absolutely nothing it was disgusting!

The room was dirty, the floors had stains, there was trash from previous occupants still in it, there was excrement someone wiped on the wall in the bathroom. The staff member that checked me in answered a call and was just awful! HORRIBLE cust. service!

Near the airport. It was only one night.

Walked in to a sign on the desk they would be back. He was actually in the lobby talking to someone he knew and ignored me. AC didn't work in room. Used washcloth in shower, broken TV,

Staff had to go to room to make sure it was clean and ready @ 1am. Delayed check in. Called ahead for late check to insure room would be available.

Yes the staff when we got there it was this guy who was on his phone talking to someone and don¿t even say a word to us he was using his hand motions and it was just beyond rude he didn¿t tell us where the room was we had to figure it out etc

No robes, shower leaked, room phone didn¿t work, loud disturbances in the hallway, no hand soap, overpriced.

Hotel employee, who was working the front desk, was a real pro. I've never seen someone handle so many people dot quickly and so well. There was a line out the door, full of stranded air travelers who were there under duress. He was a champ

The hotel was nice, staff was friendly.

They overbooked the rooms, so we went from a double queen room to a king, which made it pretty tight. Also, be prepared to pay for everything, including parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast and the use of the room safe.

The phone was literally sticky and filthy. There was no clock in the room. The fight between staff and 2 guests checking in, while not started by the staff member, was handled poorly by staff.

My room had a foul smell.. had late check in when I got there guy was like oh ur lucky u got last room like what ?? Called for Xtra blankets and pillows 3 times never got them .. Definitely not uo to Aloft standard's will not stay at this location agin

Charge you for parking only get one day free of WiFi. Also pool was closed when I asked before booking they said it was open. No amenities.. will not book again.
