Hampton Inn and Suites Aurora South Denver

Very clean. Exceptionally friendly, courteous and accommodating staff.

No microwave in room. Integrated quilt, top sheet and cover required sleeping with the quilt which required us to keep the AC set to 60 at night to keep from sweating profusely. Really sucked. Used to love Hampton Inns but probably won't stay there again.

The room was spacious and clean. The common areas were also clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was kept well stocked by the staff all the way until the end of the breakfast time and not early like some places.

The breakfast ladies were so nice a d attentive.

Wish there was a Hot tub but very nice pool.

out of 3 days it smelled normal (not over deodorized) Then the last day it was overwhelming on just my floor like something was spilled

Breakfast was definitely much better than I expected. Woman that was taking care of everyone by asking if needed water or anything else was wonderful.

I tried to sign into the secured WIFI with the instructions given but it still said "unsecured" which baffled the front desk staff as well. That was a bit frustrating but overall we had a GREAT experience at this beautiful hotel!

As the 3rd stop on a long business trip, everything at this place was super efficient, clean, and crisp - the best and most welcome qualities for me on arrival!

Hardly a criticism but if I would change anything it would be to start breakfast before 6 am (as an early riser staying on East Coast time!).

Location was easily accessible right off the interstate. Good breakfast with friendly breakfast attendants. Kind staff with quick and easy check in/out.

NON-management staff, particularly the young who appeared to fresh out of high school, who speaks Spanish was memorably polite, great listener, and refreshingly hospitable. Kitchen staff were exceptionally hospitable.

Juice tasted watered down

Using the handicapped room allowed me to shower safely and in comfort. The breakfast was amazing with small changes daily to the hot items. Staff was wonderful!

The hotel was nice and quiet. Staff was great.

The swimming pool water was not heated.

The room was large and bright. Breakfast was also in a large and inviting area.

Although there were several restaurants in walking distance, the hotel was in an area of many other hotels and condos surrounded by streets and concrete. Not much to look at - no grass

I was very disappointed, in the fact that I booked this hotel with my kids to take them swimming and the pool was closed. Everything else was great.

Main things you get a hotel room for are to clean up and get sleep. Tried to shower before getting sleep and there was no hot water. Wanted to sleep until 10 AM (since checkout is 11 AM) and the cleaning crew is so noisy it's impossible.
