The Inn at Aspen

I dealt with a lot of the front desk staff and EVERYONE was so nice and accommodating. I had a few special requests and they handled everything for me with ease.

For a hotel thats in the middle of nowhere (in regards to walking distance), I think it's helpful and lucrative for them to offer some form of a food market/food pantry. This is really helpful late at night when the hotel restaurant is closed

Good location for buttermilk/electric chargers

Room was pretty beat up, noisy, unclean

Location was great, vibe was good, storage lockers were convenient

The restaurant was terrible. Breakfast service was incredibly slow and tasted worse than Denny's. Dinner made me sick. Bed was way too firm. A/C-Heater in the room was loud and made noises. Hot tub and pool did not work.

Upon arrival the front desk  was amazing , so friendly, informative -and welcoming. We were very impressed with our first encounter . Great stay all around.

Ease of access from the highway (and airport if traveling by air). Pool, restaurant, and if winter, access to the ski slopes.

No. There are unnatural challenges effecting the movement around the lobby all due to the world according to COVID-19. When these obstacles are overcome, then this would be very accommodating and a pleasant place to visit.

The furnishings were poor quality and awkward. The bed was uncomfortable. The location was lovely but our balcony overlooked the parking lot -- maybe somebody had a great view from the room but not us.

I got 2 different rooms for 2 nights. Its the same price & big difference in quality. enjoyed room with view facing mountain. Free parking. Pool & jacuzzi open.

Gym closed Changing rooms mid-day took time away from Skiing.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Best thing was the door to the back where we had the view of the ski mountain.

The shuttle service to and from Aspen was timely and the drivers were friendly.

Our first room had bedbugs. They moved us to a smaller room without the view we paid for. Serious allergens. We experienced burning, bloodshot eyes, sneezing, headaches and sore throats that all went away when we left the hotel each day. Miserable s

The location was perfect for what we had planned. The staff was friendly and the shuttle was a nice perk.

The room was not accommodating at all. Super small bathroom with no mirrors outside the bathroom to allow for getting ready in the room too. A full length mirror would have been nice. Also the hotel ran out of coffee which was kind of annoying.

I liked the space and the fact that they had a shuttle to the "downtown". the driver was awesome and super friendly. manager was accommodating.

the looks of the hotel is very deceiving. I paid a little extra to what I thought the room would look like. however nothing even close. I had to switch rooms because it stated I would have a tub & I didn't. I wish I could write more!

Restaurant, fire pit, hot tub, robes in the room. Microwave was a big plus!

The pool and hot tub needed attention with so many bugs on the 2nd day of our visit. Ice only available on one floor. No USB on lamps. I'm trying to find reservation cost as the final bill included tax and fees that I don't recall!!

Very comfy bed. Well appointed room with heated floors. Very close to ASE airport, and right at the base of Buttermilk. Free shuttle to anywhere. Free parking.

There was no hot water the morning I had to leave. Even after it ran for over five minutes, it was still cold and I had a cold shower on a chilly morning.

At check in, she allowed us to not only change rooms (upgrade), but to look at 2 different rooms and choose which one we wanted! Very nice relaxing rooms!

Construction downstairs, the entire lower level of rooms. Made it a little inconvenient to get up and down from our room but nothing too major. Would have appreciated a heads up when booking..

The bathtub is a little bit clogged in our room, when we took our shower, we had to stand in half feet deep water

The bathroom looked like it was just done and the shower head was awesome. Half of the staff was fantastic great people and went above a behind. Half acted like you were interrupting their vacation and were not helpful...

It looks like it needs a make over. Carpets in room and halls were dirty. Walls needed to be painted. They want to sell timeshares, I don't think I would go back to this property...
