Quality Inn Yuba City-Marysville

They say on there website that all animals are allowed so I booked online then when we arrived they told us no animals are aloud and they did not care that we had all the proper service animal paperwork so we asked for a refund and still haven?t gotten it

This hotel was very clean, quiet and relaxing.

Clean room, convenient location, friendly staff.

Bathroom should have an exhaust fan for steam.

Air conditioning didn?t work well. Needs more furniture, chair, end table.

I love the staff. I love the clean rooms. They have every single thing you need in the room and they are very friendly. Always there when you need help always understanding I love the staff tremendously they have breakfast. The breakfast is so good!!!

The hotel rented our room to someone else and the replacement room was the size of a walking closet. The staff apologized and refunded our money, but as of today 4/13 we still have not received the refund

The staff was friendly, parking was adequate. The room was clean. It was a basic hotel room.

The room door had a gap so it let in the hallway noise. The room had a strong smell of pine Sal. Bed was squeaky when you would move in it. The bathroom door was strange it opened towards you into the bedroom. The complementary breakfast was lacking.

Rooms were clean,no smell bathroom is also clean no noise completely great package.

Great location right off Hwy 20 and 99 in the heart of Yuba City. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean with a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel had good security.

There wasn¿t a closet or really any place to hang up your clothes.

The room could have been a little cleaner and only one TV worked

This hotel was clean with comfortable rooms. It was very reasonably priced and the staff were friendly.

The parking lot was full of homeless people.

The location was great and it was easy to find. For me, the bed was the best and wasn't too hard to sleep on.

Just noise from the sirens in the middle of the night but that is not the hotel's fault. I do think they need to put carpeting in the rooms on the second floor though. That would keep down the noise from above.

This was the worst hotel I ever booked. Room was so small.

I had made reservation for two queen size bed and I called the hotel to confirm it. Once I get to the hotel they told me they only have one full-size bed available in and they told me since this was a third-party reservation they cannot change my room.

Front desk manager was sweet enough he seemed sad we couldn¿t stay in our room and offered to help but room¿s shape was horrid we couldn¿t stay there.

Blood stains on our bed, heavy piss smell on the floors of elevator. Room smelled heavily like bleach mixed with gross hamburger smell. This cannot be ¿clean¿ in any standards. We left immediately to the Best Western close by for a clean room up to code

Staff was great. Bed was super comfy! Location was perfect for our travels. Good food nearby. Super cool rooster walking by the rooms in the morning...a very pleasant wake up call. Loved it!

Hotel is older and could use some sprucing up. Wall paint and furniture chipped but did not affect the comfort of our stay.

We had lovely room, nicer than we expected, large shower tab with a seat, comfy bed and a cover. Very friendly staff, clean and modern looking hotel.

The room 104 where we stayed didn¿t have a net curtain, only main one, so we couldn¿t keep it open in the morning, when we¿re getting dressed. I suggest adding a net curtain so we can have an open window that is the main source of light and French air.
