Close proximity to everything. Staff is great and accommodating.

All of the above plus it was quiet. Very Quiet. In our life I don't have enough quiet and it is appreciated when we get it...

The hair dryer could have been a little better

We were upgraded to a large room on the first floor. The breakfast was very good. Great location.

It was a bit noisy at night.

The hotel was cute. It was centrally located. It was clean. It was quiet.

The shower was too small.The bed was very uncomfortable. We both had alot of trouble sleeping in there.

We stayed in Room 12 right in front of the pool. It was the first weekend of December, and it was freezing outside, so it was super calm and relaxing. We didn't hear any noise outside, but I imagine that room during the summer is a different story. The room was soooo comfortable, and the fresh cookies and water available were a nice treat. The fireplace inside the room gave the perfect vibe, too! The breakfast was simple but really nice, and the breakfast room was very cozy and charmingly decorated for Christmas (nice mood and vibe!). Great location, walkable to Yountville's main street with all the restaurants and bakeries.

Breakfast was terrific. Room was comfortable and pet friendly. The check in and out process was simple and mostly electronic. The location is excellent and we enjoyed the complimentary bikes to ride around Yountville.

Loudest place I have ever stayed. All night long garbage cans were banging and there was activity and noise in the multiple parking lots that surrounded every side of the building; it was extremely annoying. This morning at 7:45am two staff members were power-washing immediately outside of our door. It was SCARY LOUD. Beyond ridiculous to do that at that time of day. Also, the bed was too soft, the bathroom smelled weird, and the complementary cookies at the front desk were terrible. (How hard is it to make a halfway decent cookie? Geez.) Coffee at breakfast was way too weak; I had to buy coffee elsewhere. Sub par on every level.

Wonderful breakfast! Hot tub and pool were nice. Cool vibes at night on the roof terrace !

I choose a petite queen so a lot of my review was due to a poor choice on my part. The room and bathroom were very small.

No lobby, feels more like an Airbnb. Not worth $800/night at all.

The customer service was excellent. John greeted us upon our arrival and was so friendly and had homemade chocolate cookies ready for us. Their communications via text was also excellent. John texted us that our room was ready early so we were able to check in sooner than 4pm. After we got into our room, he sent a text welcoming us and letting us know to text them if we need anything.We had so much fun at the wine and cheese/apps reception. We met other couples staying there and had a great time getting to know them, and we loved the wines and appetizers they had for us. It was a great way to start our evening.Our room was lovely.....very spacious and it had a huge bathroom. Location was EXCELLENT!!! It is right downtown Yountville. Once we parked at the hotel, we walked everywhere. We had a wonderful dinner at R&D Kitchen.The breakfast that was included in the morning was delicious. They had a huge selection of breakfast items, juices, coffee and teas. We loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again. And highly recommend it to others visiting Yountville and Napa.

Nothing..it was all wonderful. Next time if the weather is nice, we can use the pool and spa.

Front desk was really attentive and nice. Complimentary bike rental is a good opportunity for exploring the area. Since everyone was mentioned breakfast we were expecting something remarkable however it was really limited. Our room was TINY. If you are not petite it is not possible to fit in that room and the room was not even “petite” one we reserved the Garrett Queen which should be bigger.

Beautiful and cozy! We felt so refreshed after our stay, the rooms were quiet and sheets were incredibly soft. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we loved the delicious breakfast in the morning. We stayed on New Year’s Eve and they even had celebratory decoration packs waiting for us in our rooms, complete with party horns, party glasses, and fun NYE crowns - above and beyond! Highly recommend
