- The toilet flush and a window blind did not work when we arrived on Wednesday and I sent a mail to the landlord. I received a reply not before Friday when they told me that they are not responsible and that I have to call another number which did not work. In a nutshell: They do not take care and do not remedy a defect if something does not work.
