Pretty clean, no elevator, bad breakfast. Cold temperatures, every time the door opened in breakfast area it closed very slowly. Your sales area near the entrance likely doesn’t produce enough to pay for the space. Why not offer something of value to customers? Ex. A printer for guests to use even if they need to pay for pages printed.
