Casa Blanca Inn - Whittier, Los Angeles

Yes. The remote for the TV was difficult to use due to the fact that the buttons had no labels. They were worn off. The cable was extremely hard to navigate

Staff is warm and friendly. Room was clean and hotel grounds were immaculate.

Looks better in picture small old dirty

Every thing

The location

The room was never cleaned, nor was I offered clean towels during my stay. There was people all night long talking outside. Not sure if they were employees. Really hard to sleep there.

It had a refrigerator.

3 bedbugs and a tick hopping around on the floor. Got it on video as well. Manager only refunded us the last day. From 2am till 5am we drove around looking for another hotel. What a disaster.

It was local to where I needed to bw

No shower curtain. Smelled of cig and weed. graffiti on all the walls. The electrical outlet has been pulled out and nothing covered the exposed wire. The other outlet didn¿t work. Walls thin. only given a sheet no blanket.

Towels were extra small; the closet had no rail to hang clothes. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not sure why they show 5 stars; this hotel is less than 2 if lucky. AC was not functioning well.

What I like about this hotel? That one iron was available in the office and they let me use it to iron my clothes and I had to give it back when I¿m done.

Check in process was weird. he said the card machine doesn¿t work and asked for cash.I said I have no cash, the machine miraculously started working and my card was charged more than the reservation. Bathtub had black dirty splashes that I had to wipe.

The tv had connections to hook up our firestick

The light did not work. The bed had no comforter. The towels were stained.

Location. Parking a few steps away from room.

Room was hot and stuffy. Restroom smelled like someone took dump and the smell baked to the walls. There was tooth paste splashes on door and mirror which is not a big deal but made me doubt the restroom was thoroughly cleaned.

Did not look like pics or star rating. Felt like I was tricked and wasn¿t worth even the ---$ I paid. The place was run down, dirty and smelled. I was honestly grossed out but felt like I was already stuck there and had to take it. Very disappointed

Bigger room and restroom, late check out 1pm

Small room, high price for the tipe a room

I cannot believe the rating you had on this place. The room was not very good, my wife wanted to sleep in the truck instead of the room. She stayed in the room but slept with her clothes on. When we got up the next morning, we did not use the shower.

Not one thing!

Horrible, dirty, broken switch plate, smoke Detector hanging from wires from the ceiling, maid came Only once. No Pole in the closet for hanging clothes. No hair dryer! No outlets in the bathroom anyway!

Spacious

Squeaky flores, dirty towel

The room was exactly what I saw online and the manager was so nice. The room has no funny smell, the bathroom so so beautiful.

Too open, no gate or security

I woke up with bite marks , possibly from bed bugs

Bathroom was extremely small and dirty

The staff is very hospitable..... I feel safe when I stay at this hotel. And it’s very clean

When I left
