The staff that work the front are friendly

The rooms are dirty, the floors in the sleeping area obviously haven¿t cleaned , at least pass over with swiffer. The walls are visibly dirty and had tagging in the bathroom (at least paint over it) . The big one for me stained towels.

Hard as a rock beds. Non smoking room stunk. Stains all over the place and even on the curtains which is easy for the hotels employees to see and could clean but not.

Furniture and deco needed update. Courtyard strange.

The only thing that was good about the hotel was it was near where I had to go.

The wifi they only gave me a 1 day free even though I stayed there for 2 nights. They guests are loud and slam doors and a lot of crying babies at 2am. The Guests smoke outside in the hallways. The swimming pool was broken. Don't stay here!

When we got to the hotel..we were unable to check in cause we were early.we had forms to fill out until we could get in our room.a list saying we wouldnt clean our car tires among other things with there towels.the managers were rude and english limited..

The hotel was run down..the pool was empty.information not listed.patches in all the walls..an ac that didnt work.they also counted the towels when we left..made us stay outside while the desk clerk went to check our room..so much more but no more space

The price was great for my budget. Location was fabulous, close to 605 freeway. Check in was easy, friendly staff. Close to stores and Dunkin Donuts. Wifi is a plus. Pool was not open.

The hotel was fine. My only complaint would be about the guests themselves. Inconsiderate of others, allowing kids to be loud down the halls, running baths at 1am. When you travel over 400+ miles a person needs sleep. :)

No coffee no breakfast. No extra pillows

The night lady is super nice and respectful Some of the rooms are renovated but some are not so bear with them, it's going in the right directions. Very quiet for its location, couldn't hear the traffic at all.

Lady at the front desk wasn't that nice. Charge 100 deposit of use cash or debit. Ac didn't work in room. Rooms were crappy stains on the ceiling and floors.

It was easy to get to and no waiting.

For the first time i was asked to pay $100.00 down for security deposit and i did not like that. And there are no bath tub safety hand bars on the walls from the bath tub. My woman almost fell whenvshe grabed the towel bar and that broke apart!!!

I MISPLACED A CREDIT CARD AND THEY SAVED IT AND RETURNED TO ME .

UNDER CONSTRUCTION . TAKE YOUR OWN SOAP . ITS A MOTEL NOT A HOTEL SO YOU WILL BE SURROUNDED BY ALL KINDS OF INDIVIDUALS .

Location, close to where I needed to be

It took a while to check in, plus person at front desk wanted all kind of information. Seemed to be more than what I am used to providing for a quick stay

I really enjoyed because it's a great deal and it' s clean , close by a big variety of restaurants too; staff is nice

I have nothing to say because I like it

It was very roomy and good location as well
