Price,and quietness
The hotel was okay, I expected worse because of the poor rating. But it was actually decent. It was not the best but I would go back. I didn't see any tagging and the room was clean.

Cons -

Front lady is a little odd. She greeted us like we were illegally parking not checking in. The bathroom window were broken in that the outside panel was broken so people could see in while you shower. We picked another hotel for our trip back
There was a couple of things I didn't like, the walls were missing some of the decorating. Not a big deal but I would fix it to improve the overall look. Also the bed sheet gave us the urge to itch, might be dirty. Also, the headboard is to loose.
The bathroom mirror had traces of graffiti still in it, some of the towels were dingy.
