- The staff that I experienced was friendly and welcoming. It was quite at night. Love having AC that I could control.

- No daily room service is not ideal. Way overpriced for the room we stayed in. The room had a slight smell and my son got stung by something in the room and his arm is swollen
- When I checked in, the front desk person and I agreed to having cleaning room service 2 days of my 4 day stay. It never got done. Also, the breakfast, was ok. It wasn't near as good as it was when I stayed there 2 years ago.

Nice lobby area

Location and cleanliness.
I guess the hotel was full of people partying because there was a lot of noise between 10pm and 2 am.
