No hooks for bath towels in bathroom. TV was limited.

This was THE Best hotel we have ever stayed at, and we do a lot of traveling. Staff was awesome, I really was wondering as this hotel was built in 1986, I remember them building it, so was a bit concerned about the age of the building and upkeep.

Free breakfast and parking

For some reason the toilet paper was horrible. Not pleasant to use. Also the whole no lock on the bathroom door was off putting

Close to freeway and food places

The night manager accommodated the room change due to broken cooler

No microwave in rooms

Everything worked and after some states in other places it was nice to have windows that locked, bathtubs that held water, and heater that worked in the first room I went to.

Nothing I did not like

Location, form of communication can be through text, friendly staff, toiletries in bathroom were good quality products, and had other complimentary toiletries at the front desk.

Room was a bit tight.

The staff was very helpful. I called and was able to check in early since I was closer than I thought. Great room. Very comfortable bed!

Very convenient, welcoming reception nice. Very clean, instructions clear, good breakfasts.

Toilet paper rod broken. No biggie, but should fix.

Friendly staff

No microwave in the room. But on the website all rooms are equipped with refrigerator and microwave.

When arriving there was no one at the desk to check in. We were about an hour early. No one showed up until 330 and the check in process started around 3:40.

Cleanliness and location

This is always my go to hotel. This time I got a old room which I didn't know they had. It was small and not updated. I always stayed on the 2nd and 3rd floors before this trip & had a big updated room. Next time I'll know to ask for one of those floors.

Clean room, breakfast, and reasonable price.

The hotel lobby does not look good for the standard of Hampton Inn Hotel chain. The lobby was used as a breakfast room with many breakfast tables and chairs.

It's quiet and clean.

The deposit that they didn't mention until after we had already made the reservations.

This is my go to hotel everytime I'm visiting my daughter. Rooms are very clean, I like the full size bottles of toiletries they have and the free parking and free breakfast is always good. My last stay the lady at the front desk was so sweet!

Location to where I needed to be

The rooms are just too small. Closets are really over the top hangers on the wall with a curtain for a door.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, excellent location. The shower was amazing!

The room was snug in that there wasn¿t much room to move around. The desk chair was bulky and took up a lot of room. The furniture can be downsized a bit.

Quick process and professional staff and great price.

No fan in bathroom and stray hairs in bathroom.

The pillows are so used and poor that I developed stiff neck for two days unable to enjoy the rest of my stays in California. The food too salty with the breakfast and the hallways smells like pineapple scent instead of just a fresh neutral scent.

Read above. I thought it was a Hilton. Clearly didn¿t meet the Hilton ways I was expecting. The faucet run too slow and the housekeeping are poor. Just a waste of my money.
