Broken tvs air conditioners and chairs

Graffiti on headboard and on doorway of entry and graffiti in bathroom doorway, drapes had holes and seem they where not maintained, carpet had stains people at front desk where rude , remote for tv was missing battery cover and 1 battery so couldn¿t use

broken furniture, broken faucet, hot warehouse shower didn't work,cucaroce inside the room,graffiti all over

The Arabic lady was rude as hell she seen all these crack heads going around my new car my stuff and wallet was stolen it smells like drugs and had prostitutes and drug addicts Running the motel never again

I ask to look at the cameras because someone stole my wallet she treated to call people to get me out of there so we weren¿t able to stay the night

Absolutely the dirtiest place I've ever stayed the first room they gave us the shower exploded so they moved us to a second room which was dirty and nasty but we stayed in it anyway because we had a wedding to go to the next day and we already paid .

Again I will say this was the dirtiest unkept motel I have ever stayed in the second room they put us in we didn't even have a key to our door but the kid was nice enough to take us in and out every time we had to go in definitely they need to clean!!

Was sent to a room that was still being cleaned. Cleaner was leaning on the dresser texting on her phone. She also just got back from a trip so she had all her luggage with her. Room was NOT fully cleaned, even after I had been there 45 minutes. Roaches!!

The staff was wonderful

The dirty chair and the dirty bed. The mattress was old and dirty, mattress cover had burns in it from smoking.

This was not a clean and up to date hotel and room. I went out to dinner before taking a closer look in my king suite and there were several cockroaches, including one that was in the bed. And no full refund for not even being in the room for 5 min.

Contacting the manager was difficult due to the holiday season. If I was able to speak with in person, I would have anticipated a full refund for the situation but this is not the case, unfortunately.

The bed was soft.

The sheets didn't match the bed wasn't made the towels are folded all sloppily there was a hair on one of them the bathroom is full of calcium deposit and look like it hadn't been deep clean in years. There were brown stains on the bathroom walls

It was un a good location

A big blob off ants fell out of the tub faucet when i was ready to shower then they ran all over the bathroom. It was disgusting. Made me itch.

honestly it was one of the worst hotels at Arbor state doesn't look nothing like the picture and I was pretty dirty and smelly

I wish they could show you the room before you pay I was really dirty

Owner tried to jack up price for non-smoking room. He recinded when I said I would go elsewhere. Staff were eating lunch at the check in counter, which was a total mess. I will never stay there again.

Towels were stained, furniture was old and looked like used "craigslist" items, mildew smell in room, bathroom tub looked dirty, water was continuously hot and cold.

Hair on the bed the sheets and bedding were filthy and the towels were nasty.

1 Extremely rude and impolite front desk staff. 2 No hot water, I can not take a shower. 3 The bed sheet is dirty, hairs all over. 4 Unsafe, no second lock to make you feel safe. 5 Although it is non-smoking room, the room has bad smell. 6 Noisy frid

It was a good location and was clean

The TV seemed unprogram I couldn't change channels I was stuck watching 1 channel my whole stay when I called the front office they just hanged up on me

No hot water at 6:30 am on 3/28. Reported problem to front desk clerk and was told management would call me, but no call received.

Really nothing... it should not be called the 5 star... it's maybe and that's a big maybe a 2 star...

There was nats in our room and we informed the staff but they really didn't see a problem with it... the ice machine was broken and no plans of fixing it... they say continental breakfast but all they offer is toast, bagels n old donuts... never again...

Room was bad, floors were cracked. Smelled like cigarettes would not allow us to change room. Room was old. Shower had mildew. Window blinds in bathroom was broken so people could see inside. Main window curtin had a bunch of holes also.

Not very much. The hot and pool were nice.

There was soap scum on top of the Jacuzzi, there was debris under the dresser. Continental breakfast was pitiful. No decaf coffee. The office had places under furniture that may not have been vacuumed in years.
