Comfort Inn Mount Shasta Area

Easy access right off I-5. Hot breakfast was good. The room was basic. The furniture and room were dated and dingy. About what I expected. The staff member who checked us in was very nice and professional.

The cost was not on par with the room quality, but there are few options in Weed.

Close to dinning and freeway.

Close to a truck stop and you hear truck noises all night.

Fire alarm was buzzing when arrived and had to change rooms.

The front desk staff was excellent. They were very professional and very helpful. I was extremely impressed by Preston. He was always smiling and very friendly.

We didn¿t like the towels. They were very rough.

Location. There aren't many hotels in this area.

Hotel is dirty and in disrepair. We checked in late and were told that our room had been in deep cleaning for several days and that we "should try to ignore the smell". The room and facilities were gross. Please avoid this hotel if possible.

The carpet had big rip and coming up. Carpet was dirty. Curtains had rips and dirty. My sheets had stains on them. The door to the room didn't shut without locking it. The hot tub was cold. The furniture in lobby area was ripped and broken down.

Very clean. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was excellent. A+ experience.

Some small issues with the room, ripped curtains, non working hair dryer.

The staff was very helpful and did the best they could.

The carpets were very worn and not clean. The bathroom was minuscule. The internet did not work. We asked the staff about it but they were not tech savvy enough to fix it.

Hot tub was not working

We stayed two different nights and in two different rooms. First one was dirty and unkempt. The other one had non-working AC (actually blew hot air instead of cool air). Management refused to talk to us and did not fix the problem. I will never stay there

Both room were not fully functional and uncomfortable. Management is totally useless. I will never stay there again

The breakfast selection was very good, fruit & waffles, however ending at 9 sucked, some older guests don¿t like being pushed in an, even 9 30 would be ok

No ice for two days and no alternative.

I enjoyed the overall appearance of the inside, very modern. Also had a pleasant experience with the staff and the amenities were convenient.

Everything was fine, except for the roach babies in the bathroom. I only stayed one night and ill be staying again out of desperation and fear that if I chose a cheaper hotel out here, I¿d end up dealing with more roaches than one person can handle.

The customer service representative lied said it was an indoor pool it was really outdoor. Also coaxed us to purchase over the phone and promised a specific room which we did not get
