Motel 6 Weed - Mount Shasta

not one thing!

They unplugged the ice machine, I had 4 guys staying at the hotel and management said we were using to much ice! Also, my room was never cleaned and I was there for 9 days!

Stinky room, blanket smelled as if it has not been washed, the room heater created a disgusting smell when turned on, hot water turned cold in the middle of the shower

It had a well lit parking lot.

So many things: the bed was uncomfortable, we have a small table but no chair. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, the air only blew warm air. Shower water pressure was low and water from the sink got everything wet from high pressure, water saving nozzle.

Nothing. It was so bad, I felt safer sleeping in my vehicle.

Absolutely disgusting. I wish I could upload photos, because I¿ve never seen a shower or toilet that dirty anywhere. Dirt, mold, urine and hair¿rest stops are cleaner. Food, coins, dirt and cigarette butts on floors. Reeked of smoke.

No fridge no microwave no breakfast

Accepted my cat as guest. I felt safe in my room.

The heat in room did not work. Fortunately I had a down sleeping bag and a cat who wanted to cuddle. I ran the water a long time and it only achieved lukewarm, too cold to shower. I would recommend this hotel but not room 225.

I booked on line. Got there and she said TV didn't work so they would give us a discount. Then the woman at the desk said she couldn't give us a discount iless we changed rooms. Then she said there were no rooms available, but there was a smoking room...

...available that we had to take even tho can't be around smoke. Worst room ever. Needed repairs. Couldn't open window. Drapes off hooks. Broken door stop. Room STANK.

air conditioner didn't work very well , not very clean , not enough, towels, not much was good.

Shower was small, and signs of mildew on the curtain, but good water pressure

Waited over 3 hours (2:35- 5:55) before getting a room, that I cleaned myself and put clean sheets on the nasty mattress. Luckily the person before us left 2 clean bath towels & a hand towel, Glad we had soap, and antibacterial wipes to clean the room.

I got there around 6:30pm ( check in is at 4pm ) i was told my room wouldnt be ready until 9pm . I had to clean my own room and make up the bed and i still had to pay for my room . Thankfully i am a housekeeping manager at a ski resort.

Heater didn't work, bedding had stains and holes.

Plugged sink, bed not made, no heat from heater, TV terrible, wifi not working

Room was spacious.

Black hairs on the sheets and in the showertub. Dirt under the beds. No coffeemaker and fridge.

Motel did not provide basic needs such as shampoo, facial tissues, hair dryer, and ice (motel claimed the machine broke down). Not able to sleep all night because of the rooms hot temperature and not able to adjust.

No carpeting on floor of room and general remodel.

Lets see, $--- /night was TOO hi (but I was tired). And, he water saving bathroom faucet had extremely high water pressure & tiny openings in the faucet head. So, the water came out with tremendous pressure and covered me with water spray. Fix this!!

The room was clean. The outside area was kept up and the staff were friendly.

The guy who checked us in was super friendly.

Need new housekeepers. I couldnt believe all the stuff that way dirty. Though they did change the sheets there was alot of hair not only in the shower but all over the hole floor. It was alot. Not just a couple

Unkempt both outside/inside roomfacility and walkways. Bedspreads permanent what appeared to be car grease black stains.one ice maker/dispenser that did not work. Latch system for door very hard to latch for safety. Dark stains in toilet, floors dirty

Bathroom- stained toilet Bedsheet/covers needs to be replaced with new ones.

Clean rooms, easy parking and friendly staff.
