Valley Inn Watsonville

Very aggressive, impatient man receptionist at the front desk. He is the opposite what you would expect at a hotel on the phone and in person. There was a woman at reception too and when asked if there’s pool, she responded:”go and swim in the ocean.”

Easy booking. No hassle check out. Nice low key room away from any popular events. I was worried about traffic noise, but it turned out to be very quiet.

I could not say anything that I did not like; it was not a five star hotel but it was good for what it was.

the cracks under the door are too big, i woke up and my daugher had a beetle by her head on the pillow. the stains in the bathtub, the floor wasn't swept in the bathroom during housekeeping or mopped. The handle to the shower came off also.

It was pretty quiet during the evening.

There no closets just an empty space, there was burn holes in the curtain, there were big huge gaps on the door where you could see through the light where duct tape was taped all over looked like it was holding the door on. There's more but not enough

Everything dirty smwlled like the sewer staff was rude

Two good restaurants next-door and Starbucks across the street. Not near any freeway or highway so relatively quiet.

Every hotel is the same. And it's putting lipstick on a pig. Looks great in photos and even driving up was impressive but soon realized why it was two star. Furniture in the room beat up with no attempt to repair. Shower curtain not even attached.

Nothing. This location should not be featured on this site. It is not a legitimate place to stay for business or families.

Shockingly unsanitary, internet did not work (needed for work) and would not refund despite not providing needed and advertised services.

The only halfway decent quality this motel possesses is its location, which was near the wedding I was attending.

Was put in a dirty room and asked by the motel staff to throw out the garbage (from the last guest) in the industrial dumpster across the parking lot. Roaches in my mom's room. No customer service; Staff fight you on everything you request.-10/10 stars

Absolutely nothing

Bad location, filthy, cockroaches in room, unfriendly staff, very noisy

Nothing. It was infested with cockroaches, the staff refused to clean , the sheets and pillowcases had not been cleaned the doors and toilet were filthy

Nothing really, lots of noise and people running around in the halls, our door was even knocked on several times when we weren¿t expecting anyone! A scary situation if my wife would have been staying there alone!

The only thing positive was the room was clean, other than that this place needs to review and re-rated! I will never stop there again!

Liked the location

Very smelly and dirty bed. No iron, no steamer, no hangers, no coffee, no lamps, fridge doesn't work.

Friendly staff who were very helpful.

The clientele kept basically everyone up until 3am with no regard to anyone but themselves! I think they intimidated the staff! Sadly enough for the staff who I think were awesome, we will never stay there again.

Very Rude serivce the lady at the front dresk (Mina) Was the most rudest person ever. If you dont like your job maybe find a new one.

It was a decent price, and good location

Decently nice room and furniture for the price, free wifi and parking

Ac filter has never been cleaned before, no iron/ironing board,shower towels were made for the 7 dwarves, toilet paper roll holder is installed 6 feet from the shower, shower missing an interior curtain, door to room felt flimsy, tv setup SEVERELY outdated (you can get a small smart tv for $100 :/)
