I need a refund!! The worse experience!! These people offered me the ugliest, dirtiest room. No shampoo. No soap. No towels!! When I tried calling from the room the telephone didn't work.

The TV didn't work. Nothing worked!! Staff were absent at the front desk. Only the house cleaners provided towels. Horrible experience

The staff was mostly helpful

The property was filthy, the room was not clean, there were no towels, people living in broken down cars in the parking lot, no one checked my ID when I checked in, the pool was filthy and unusable.

In had a place to put my head down and shower with clean towels.

Poor parking. Everythjing needs to be updated. Lady at the desk is super nice. I wish they had breakfast.

Lobby deserted, rooom shabby, carpets filthy

I?ve never had an issue at this motel I actually prefer it over motel 6 and acouple others in my area but this time it was really bad

I went to tak a shower and noticed ants and roaches dead in the tub and all over bathroom then I go to turn the tv on it wouldn?t turn on roaches then open fridge it was full of mold all bad

No breakfast as my reservation promised, very run down, old, dirty, strange people hanging around

Ladder in bathtub, dirty towel on floor! Changed rooms and no pillow cases on pillows, no plug for bathtub and TV did not work! Called front desk and nobody showed up to fix TV!

Location

When I arrived there was no TV remote. I went to the front desk and they brought a remote. It did not work. I asked for another one but it never came. No shower curtain. I asked for another room for my second night.

The beds were relatively comfortable and the A/C worked well.

No room keys - They were out of room keys and someone had to open your room door every time. The restrooms in the lobby STANK. It had no toilet paper, soap or towels. The carpet in the corridor STANK. The shower curtain was not water proof. More

The pool is clean and the service was broke

That I didn't get to have my dog in the third floor with me so I had to leave her in the car with the windows on. Let me go

Large room, easy freeway access, great bed, good blackout curtains

Difficulty with door not locking. Corridor carpets not vacuumed, no bkft offerings, rates relatively high

Was close to the beach

When I first went in smelled like weed had to spray febreze but it went away

The pool looked toxic with algae completely unusable. No amenities whatsoever.

It was dirty and the staff was not professional - we were given an occupied room-- it smelled like urine

There were no towels no extra toilet tissue no shampoo.

Never could get towels and wash rags and the price steadily went up

It was in the location desired.

It was not very clean. The sheets had stains on them. The TV did not work. The clock did not work. We come to this locations 2 or 3 times a year, and although we have never stayed here, had friends who could attest to the same review I'm giving now.

The staff , front desk was helpful.

The room , did not look like pictures. I felt I got catfish. Rooms were kind of dirty . There were stains on towels on the bed. I had to go to Ross and buy a comforter and my own towels. I couldn¿t get a refund so I no choice to stay the weekend.

There was no breakfast included. The price was too high for the quality. It was noisy, the carpet was dirty and we asked the staff member at the front desk if the traffic would be loud next to the highway, he said no but it was loud. No coffee for guests.

Distance to the beach

Hotel seems to use emergency housing vouchers. So they have a lot of long term people living there. Lots of garbage piled up right out side the elevator and you can smell it. Hallway carpets need some TLC and vacuuming. Shower was broken at check in.
