Clean rooms, good bed

Upstairs people stomping Al night well after 2am, could. It sleep

Breakfast was good and well stocked.

Old and grungy and dirty. Did not meet the star rating expectations. I would never stay here again.

Room was great and amazing, bigger than expected. Very clean! Customer service was awesome as well as the breakfast and the lady bringing out the food. Very helpful and asked if there was anything we needed she would get it for us.

Sign in was really easy and the staff was really nice

The bathroom smelled ready musty and like mildew but the room was really nice and the people were great

The hotel is new and clean. This hotel has one EV charger for guests. It's free for guests staying at the hotel.

Close proximity to the airport. You can hear noise from airplanes.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Water pressure was not good.

This is Visalia. Not some major metropolis. Yes it is the Gateway to the Sierras but come on it¿s not even tourist season yet. $---- per night to take care of a sick family member was a bit much for a hotel that does not house the homeless or parolees.

It was a king suite. Nice and clean room.

Exterior grounds unkept. Also I was told on the phone the suites have hot tubs. At check in we discovered only a certain suite has a hot tub and it was occupied. Very disappointed. The reason we paid extra was to get the hot tub. Feel cheated.

Night staff was friendly and helpful in getting out door opened and rooms changed. But they NEVER wore masks

Room keys didn¿t work or were hard to use. First room we got had no soap (an empty wrapper was there), and room neighbors were yelling and partying. Got room switched but key was still hard to use. Parking was tight and hard to fit our vehicle.

Charming atmosphere, staff was excellent above and beyond assisting with everything. Room cleanliness excellent. Wonderful experience would recommend to any one I know.

There was dog hair on our couches. We didn't have any pets but they wanted to charge us for having pets. They put a 50$ hold on top of paying ---$ so ---$ total for one night. Still haven't received the refund. Elevator did not work.

Pool was not very clean, whirlpool didn't work, very disappointed really was looking forward to it

Staff was very cordial and helpful how went out of his way to help us get a better room for my family of four. We used the hotel to get to Sequoia National Park and it turned out to be ideal.

It was clean, it had a refrigerator, microwave, AC and free eu-do. It was conveniently located to downtown Visalia.

The air circulation in the bathroom was poor so it smelled like wet, moldy towels :(

The staff does their best to accommodate. The rooms are adequate and clean.

They are under New management and were overwhelmed with the holiday weekend crowd. Could not provide all of the bath supplies, and the complimentary breakfast staff could not keep up with the standing room only crowd. Reservations were also messed up.

It served it's purpose. I felt that it was a bit overpriced but it could have been the weekend we visited. There was free wi-fi, breakfast, pet friendly. Since the hotel was fun the parking accommodations were not sufficient.

The staffs reaction when I told them of my daughters auto accident and that I would have to leave early and they were very understanding and supportive and my daughter will be healed in a couple of months.
