Really good free breakfast! Secure parking. Very clean room and building in very good repair. Good location downtown but no food available after 10 pm--had to buy a frozen dinner from the desk. ?

Ac didn?t work and weren?t offered another room until next day. Room temp 80 degrees

The elevator was a little scary oh and the bug smell in their halls on 2nd n 4th floors they said they were aroma risers but they smell like bug spray and I have COPD

It was literally across the street from the event I attended and it was comfortable for me and the other guest

We liked the hotel room the best ! It has a different layout that is very appealing with a sofa in the entry room, where we could leave all of our luggage while we slept in the bedroom which is separated from the entry room by the bathroom & sink !

Yes - there is only one elevator which is very slow ? which wouldn?t be so bad except the house cleaners with all their large rolling bins also have to use this elevators in the am - right during the busiest hours of guests checking out !

The location and availability of two rooms close together for my family

When we first got there, the ac was no on and we were afraid that it was broken. It was not but it did take a couple of hours to cool down.

The room had everything I needed to be comfortable during my stay. Breakfast had an assortment of food, not just cereal and muffins as in some hotels. I liked the fact there was microwaveable food available in lobby as I arrived late.

The room needs updating and maintenance such as bathroom door wood paneling was pealing, tile grout worn and chipped, and inadequate lighting over sink. Also, the elevator made unnerving, squeaky noises.

I stayed in the hotel for two days, and the fire alarm went off at 12 midnight for two consecutive nights, keeping me awake for two or three hours. There was the sound of traffic on the road at night, and there were people chatting loudly downstairs at tw

Staff was courteous, the free breakfast was more than adequate, the room was reasonably sized and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I had one minor maintenance issue which was promptly handled.

Air conditioning is a bit loud. Also, the room is oddly laid out and the one desk chair was not suitable for larger-sized individuals.

Not much,except during busy times we had to wait for the elevator for 10 mins. They could use a new one!
