Americas Best Value Inn Visalia

I was trying to not spend money. This one was cheapest. Unfortunately this was not only a "get what you pay for" situation, but I feel like i got even less than what I paid for.

I walked into hot dark room with a half dead cockroach on the floor. I honestly couldn't tell if the textiles in the room had been cleaned. Walls were stained, flooring broken. Other fixtures were broken. They charged more than the original price.

Nothing there was rochaes everywhere paid almost --- bucks to stay and I ha to go buy bug spray. It was so gross I couldn't even let my child play on the floor because of bugs

Hotel was very dirty. Sheets were not white. There was no blanket. Only comforter and one sheet. Pillows were old and had no shape. Room needed a lot of work. Very nasty room

See #7. I saw like gang people walk in the parking lot with bicycle which I could not sleep comfortably.

Not a single thing. It was horrible

Broken dressers. Roaches, bugs, holes in blankets pillows and sheets. Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Light switches broken, you have to reached into the wall to turn the light on. It was seriously gross

The first thing front desk didnt want to except my reservation even thou it was fully paid for then wanted to charge me more n deposit there were people all hour of the night partying n fighting disterbing i was very uncomfortable there

The hotel was in old downtown near restaurants and shopping. Location was great . Also, considering the condition and age of place, the bed was surprisingly very comfortable and clean.

It was old and needed to fee more inviting. Again, good for the price.

Price.

It was a little scary. If my wife was there, we would have changed hotels. I slept with a chair wedged up to the door handle.

Only the location.

The most hideous pillows. Dirty, stained room and bathroom.

Staff was rude, place was smelly and heater did not work. There was nothing good about the place

Quiet close distance to downtown and theaters

staff was rude having to pay a $20.00 deposit

Had to wait a hour after check in to get the room because it hasn't been cleaned yet. Didn't have promised cable channels. Start was very rude. Charged a deposit when the web site said they wouldn't.

good prices for the fooms, really like the people who own it, i dont have anything bad to say
