Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not sure if they ever received any training.One can say it can be a one off, but spending 3 nights here, I know what I am talking about.

Hampton inns are our go to hotels. Never had a bad experience at a single one. Staff was courteous, rooms clean and fresh, LOVE THE BEDS AND PILLOWS!! The breakfast is always a great way to start the day, along with the full time coffee bar.

The first night¿s room was horrible. The noise from the freeway made it very difficult to get any sleep and the bathtub drain stopped up.

Breakfast was above average for a hotel of this class, and the staff were reasonably good.

The hotel is adjacent to the freeway, and road noise was a real problem in our room. Without the road noise, the hotel would merit an 8 or 9 out of 10, but the noise was a deal breaker.

I love pretty much everything about this hotel. The service was fantastic, the pool was relaxing, and the free breakfast was a definite plus. I will definitely be staying at another hotel in this branch again

Nothing at all

Clean and well run hotel. Enjoyed our stay there. Good and friendly staff working hard to keep us happy.

No bathtub for our room. No bathroom access at lobby area, so had to go to room for bathroom usage. A bit inconvinient.

Checkin process was easy, staff answered and helped with courteous smile, parking is good, easy access to freeway, clean swimming pool, breakfast was as expected and the breakfast area was comfortable and clean , especially like the long bar table

Some noise from freeway in rooms closer to freeway and there was mechanical noise near our room 230 to 238 section.. Could be an issue for light sleepers didn't bother us

The woman at check-in had the worst breath I have ever in countered. You work in the service industry run a brush through that mouth.
