- Not Clean, should NOT be a 3 Star but more like 2 Star Hotel.
- I had to request a late check out, very courteous and accommodating.

- Dirty elevator. Poorly maintained fitness center. Spots on carpets in stairwells and hallways. Some staff need customer service training. Seems like they hate their job.
