Rodeway Inn Ventura Midtown

The room was big clean, it looks like they updated the rooms.

The lighting was not the best, there was no mirror by the bed area only in the restroom, the cable needs updating

Other than the air conditioning not working in room 108 the rest of the hotel has been fantastic

Air-conditioning in room 108 made it impossible to sleep, but that was a while ago. The room that I stated this last time was perfect.

Front desk manager was very courteous

There was no mirror, no toilet paper roll holder, no bedspread, cigarette holes in sheet, complimentary shampoo-half full...

it was disgusting. The cleaner used smelled horrible, I ended up opening all the windows and fans, it was so dirty - smoke holes in the bed covers, I barely slept. Shower had old wash rag in it from prior guest, old beat up furniture.

Está en area muy fea donde habia muchos dr0gadiictos ,al rededor y afuera del hotel , y no me gustó que hice la reservación yo pero mi esposo iba a ser el hospedado y no aceptaron , y me cobraron 3veces a mi tarjeta y aparte a mi esposo en su tarjeta tamb

There was nothing that I liked about this hotel.

It looked filthy from the outside. People were living in the rooms and dealing and doing drugs. There was evident gang activity on the grounds.

The only thing that was good was the location and easy parking

I was very surprised when I checked Into my hotel to realize that most of the rooms are rented out short term. Was also surprised to see two cop cars when I checked in. The room was very dirty and I didn¿t have a proper lock, it was Noisy as well

Worst hotel ever

BED BUGS Never been to a nastier hotel. Looked like this place had never been cleaned. Walls and floor were black, scum in the bathtub, sheets were filthy. Walked out and found a different hotel. Worst experience ever.

Motel should be closed & torn down . Electrical problems, flickering lights , no tv reception, I paid more than this place is worth . Cleaner & safer to sleep in car .

This was the worst lot I¿ve ever seen. The dumpster was spilled out all over the lot. The room door stuck shut.

The hotel was filthy!! stairs were in such disrepair, that you could trip & fall. Trash & cigarette buds were everywhere. The room was also filthy! Every surface had not been wiped down, mirrors ,TV, table tops, doors had dirty smudges. Grosses hotel

Next door is full of homeless drug users, not kid friendly

Bare bones room, no breakfast¿strange for the price. Some outside noise late at night.

Window wouldn't close, door jam was broken. There was hair in the shower and hair in the "sanitized" toilet.

The only good side was that it was near the beach. It was a bit sketchy and the room was alright. I moved the dresser to cover the door at night, because I was scared of someone breaking in.

Nothing. Staff was not friendly and hotel was motel . I did not stay there and I canceled my staging and I charged $ ---

The owner/ management is very friendly and fair. They have been doing a nice job renovating inside the rooms.

The room was not clean when I checked in. The nightstand, dresser, bathroom sink and counter surfaces were dirty and sticky. I cleaned it myself. The floor was filthy with dust, old candy, and garbage under the bed.

The Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The walkways could have been cleaner and needed touch up paint on the room doors.

The owner’s daughter was nice

Room was dirty, smoke alarm was in night stand. Bathroom door had dirty hand prints on it. Their were splatters of something on walls and lampshade. And the next morning I found fleas on my socks.
