Located two blocks from Pierpont Bay, this hotel is 0.5 miles from the Ventura County Fairgrounds. - Glad that although a power outage that they still served a hot breakfast.

- Lack of communication about the power outage, as no heat all night.
- They didn?t move us to a higher floor. Asked and said would be more money
- room telephone did not get fixed for 14 days and still did not get fixed while our stay. computer at hotel did not work
