Pros +
- I love the convenience… so close to the ocean and downtown. Also liked the free breakfast and the very comfortable lobby … draws you to just sit and relax!
- It is in a convenient location
- Beautiful view, nice breakfast, clean room, great location
Cons -
- The bathtub was a bit funky and the jets in the spa were very weak.
- Staff does not communicate well with each other. Our room should have been available at 3pm. When we got to our room the maid just started cleaning it. So we waited outside for 30 minutes The breakfast was terrible and overcooked overly expensive
- The parking was a bit problematic. The hotel issues a parking pass and says park anywhere. Ask what that means because I was confounded by parking situation.

The location of this hotel is the best feature of the property. The hotel is vintage old but the character is wonderful.
