The staff were very kind and helpful. Location was great. Bed was very comfortable.

WiFi was very bad. It was free, but had to log on every day. Parking was $22 a day just to be a guest at their hotel. No microwave in the room or lobby area. The shower/toilet room needs redesign. Awkward to get in due to door and toilet placement.

This hotel is very clean and the employees are very hospitable,I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel. It is also in a very close proximity to the beach at most 3 blocks away. Basically a 3-5 min walk. #greatexperience!!!

Room is very small. Outdated. Just covered with paint. No concierge service and only one person working. Did not have toilet paper in room and no one working to bring any. Had to go get myself in the middle of the night. Expensive parking and addons

It was nicely located, very clean, friendly staff, and the courtyard was beautiful.

Location was a few blocks from the beach. Room was comfortable and clean; staff were quite accommodating and pleasant.

Bathroom was divided - sink separated by a door from the tub and toilet. The latter was quite small.

Far, far, far from a luxury room. Morning breakfast was pretty bad. Barking dog ruined otherwise quiet atmosphere.

Great location, close to Venice beach. The room was clean and modern. Our balcony over looked a cute little courtyard area. Complimentary breakfast in the morning, nothing fancy but definitely a nice perk in the morning. Helpful staff!!

That area is a little sketchy at night.

The room was spacious and allowed us to move around freely. The location was also very easy to find.

The amenities could have been better.

The hotel has a few clear advantages. It is located very close to the beach, which is convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe and calm - there were no homeless people around, which is a big plus. Room cleaning was decent and done regularly.

However, there are quite a few downsides. There are no good grocery stores or pharmacies nearby, which makes daily logistics inconvenient. The rooms feel worn out, and the towels are old. The hotel does not have its own cafe or restaurant, and there are almost no decent places to eat in the surrounding area.The biggest disappointment, which completely ruined my overall impression, happened after check-out. The day after I left, the hotel charged me an additional $10. When I called the hotel, I was told this was for the water in the room. At no point during check-in, nor anywhere in the room, was there any information that the two bottles of water were not complimentary. In a regular store, this water costs about $1 per bottle, but the hotel charged $5 per bottle.This lack of transparency is extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.

I had left some medication behind in the mini-fridge. They found it, emailed us and I was able to go back and get it. I’m very grateful.

Great location, every thing was clean, the bed was comfortable.

It’s not new, the prices are a bit high (but I think it’s the area and not the place specifically). It was a bit noisy on Friday evening from the next bar but it didn’t interfere my sleep.

Great Location. Generally safe feeling area. Restaurants and order out food open to 3am. We loved that! Decor in front Lobby was cool. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and professional. Bed was comfortable. Television had lots of stations.

For some reason we were given a handicap bathroom, but was too tired to deal with it.
