There was no bathroom or shower in the room. The pictures were deceiving. It was a plane room with a metal frame for the bed and only a black sheet on the bed. No pillows, no blankets not even a dresser in the room. The hotel had a horrible smell

When I checked out.

The location felt very unsafe. Other guests were up pacing Back and forth down the halls. I felt very unsafe staying here. This place felt like a halfway home. The attendant came open my room door because he thought it was vacant. I felt unsafe.

The price. It's a hostel, don't expect too much.

No breakfast very chill location on suburban street large dining area and living room outdoor patio area. I got a discounted rate first time but under 18-20$ out the door is a fair price for bunk here in my opinion (I secured for 13-14, not bad) good property close enough to major hotspots but still far enough to relax.

Breakfast option could have been good or cereals and milk toast the works for us to make our own it is okay no frills but would be great even fo $5-10 for breakfast.

Really comfortable and inviting. Everything is always clean. The staff is friendly and understanding.

Nothing my son left after her saw his room. He was told if he wrote a good review they would credit back the fee

Dirty, appeared to be drug activity, managers name is Kingpin he refuses to give his real name. Also refused to provide a room number for me to have food delivered to my son. When delivery arrived the manager said my son never checked in. But he did then checked out but they told me he was still there and allowed me to book a second night. Then forced me to write a good review to get the same rate then told me I would be refunded both nights after I had the police go to a welfare check on my son. I still have not got the 2 nights I pad or the 40$ deposit

They promised to refund my money and have not. They keep saying sent to manager for approval and calling me Hon Booking should help me get my $ back

I am sure you can trust this hostel with highest level of hospitality. Guys even gather in the kitchen to watch movies and you can cook there anything. Mostly, hostels have no good kitchen‘s equipment. Very clean linens on the bed and smell in the house is extremely fresh. 10 from 10.

Do not go to this property. Walking up to it, it is surrounded by a tall fence covered in graffiti, not shown in the property photos. The room was not ready, and while I paid extra for a private bedroom with a bathroom, I was given a private room with no bathroom. The room was probably 15 degrees hotter than the rest of the property, which resembled a halfway house. The manager on duty was out front with a collection of...maybe guests, with his underwear hanging out of pants that were halfway on, with no shirt, drinking a beer. They also require a 40 deposit, which is not refunded once you leave. Its and absolute scam, and other reviews mention this, however I wanted to give this property the benefit of the doubt. It was absolutely unlivable, and felt extremely unsafe and unsanitary. I couldn't spend more than 10 minutes in the private room, which more resembled a janitors closet with a bed in its ambiance or comfort level. There was a piece of furniture(?) that resembled a desk, with no chair. Now, I am not generally a picky person, nor do I take time to write even negative reviews, as it always makes me uncomfortable to do so. I don't like spreading negativity, but this property should be shut down for the publics general safety.

Absolutely everything could have been better.

The person who is there running the place Merlin is really on top of things cleaning, keep track of things, helping with any questions you have… everyone here is really nice.

Very comfortable living space. Ralph's is close by and there's food just a corner away.

I had to pay a $40 deposit thru Zelle for the stay. They said they would refund it within 2 weeks, but I never got it back. Terrible business practice.

THERES CRACKHEADS EVERYWHERE, ITS DIRTY, IT SMELLS BAD AND I FELT UNSAFE AND UNCOMFORTABLE.

The people are always friendly and inviting. Compared to other places I've been and just in general the facilities are clean. You see them sweeping and mopping everyday. They are a location surrounded by food and shopping. Anything you need is close by. Laundry on site is a big plus. Comfortable nook in the front where you can recline and drink coffee. Really good stay!
