- The staff are extremely nice and very accommodating. We had a little problem with something not working correctly in our room and not only did the staff go out of their way to fix the problem immediately, but they also gave us a discount on the room.
- Great breakfast
- The hotel was in a great location for exploring Joshua Tree National Park. Breakfast was great and the staff was fantastic.

- The fitness room and sauna were closed with no heads up. If I had known that I would?ve stayed someplace cheaper.
