The location

The floors and overall room was dirty, the daytime front desk person was rude when I asked a question. The pet fee was outrageous and unexpected. I will not stay there again.

The location

The bathroom sink had back up sewage in it. I called the front desk to asked about the dirty sink, and was told about the sewage and plumbing problems they were having. I was offered another room but we arrived at 2:00am very tired 41/2 hours flight.

manager customer service was very friendly,rather often us change new room was great roomand comfortable BEATIFULLY wood floor and nice peace, thank for us make happy .…😊👍🏽🤟👍🏽🙏🏼 appreciated 🙏🏼

Cleanliness could improve. Some things were not working in the room such as outlets, lights, range...

There gave me a used room n there was eaten up food and the bed was used they moved me to another room and dirty as well

The room wasn?t completely clean and hair and animal fur were on the cleaned towels and floors. Also the carpet were filthy and smelled bad. Also small cockroaches were found in the room.

I was put to second floor which ok but the people around me are too loud because I guess they?re there for awhile vs my one day stay. No Ice maker no soda machine 1st floor is under renovation so I need to go out for water it?s wasn?t mention at check in

In my opinion I paid way too much for a suite with a totally empty kitchenette. no coffee. no ice machine. and an unsafe location

It was conveniently by the site I worked for, 2 minutes from a Walmart and in the center of a shopping strip. I didn¿t have to go far for anything. Great location!!!

No. It was awesome!

The TV was on when I went in. There was a used soap in the shower. I was next to the loud elevator. The person in the room above me was walking around loudly at 2:30 am. People were hanging out in the parking lot at 3:30. No shampoo. Not a good experience
