Location and ease of checking in. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

Lobby was decent then you go upstairs to a very rundown hallway, wreaking of tuna fish. Still stunk a bit in the room but not as bad. Was woken up at 5am by loud music and people being very loud and an obnoxious man hollering every few minutes.

One of the staff members was exceptionally sweet. The other was indifferent as if she didn?t want to be there. That?s always awkward when you need something. The room was clean, and the price was fair.

The temperature of the hot was SO disappointing. I called ahead of time before booking to make sure it was operating correctly and was told it was. I recommend the manager to test it, and see how long he/she lasts in the luke warm tub. It was barely warm!

Room recently remodeled

Interior and exterior walls thin, next to highway, could not sleep die to noise inside and out so left at 10 pm. Located next to a junk yard.

The bed is uncomfortable, sorry to say and the outside, where I walk my service dog is very dirty.I wish that if I were charged more forthe room, it should meet or exceed the standards at which I always pay. My past 2 experiences here have been very bad!!

It is clean, & Staff are friendly, helpful. Also helps when they are Pet friendly Will be back. Thank You Breakfast Great!!!

Smallest room I've ever stayed in. No separate seating or table for eating.

The room design is weird. Interior hallways are pretty worn

Very uncomfortable mattress. As soon as we got off the elevator on our floor, noticed a a hole in the wall near the floor in the hallway. There was sand all over the cushion used as a window seat.

It was convenient to the location we were visiting. The price was great. Perfect on the go breakfast. Pet friendly.

A little noisy with people coming and going all night.

Housekeeping knocks on doors at 8am whether you have a Dnd on your door or not. It was totally out of line and management made more excuses for their poor behavior than anything else. Other issues came up and they were never resolved. It's sad

It had a nice large TV. It was close to where I was going, And I had got a good price.

The only elevator was broken, And I was on the 3rd floor. My room was right next to the stair case, Where every one had to use, So I heard the door slamming all night long. Hot tub was not working, Which I need. Breakfast, Not much to choose from. + more

I loved that it was a clean room and the staff were very friendly.

The only thing about the room that I didn't like was that the air conditioner was very loud and that the walls are very thin to where you can hear everything going on outside.

The hotel is outdated. The drapes in the room were broken. The air condition is too loud....

Clean, fast check in. Variety for continental breakfast.

When we walked in, the cover for the room's heater / air conditioner was off and sitting on the floor and we were not able to fix it. When we told the front desk, they said they would let someone know rather than solve the issue.

The customer service when I checked in was great , the girl had a great attitude and was very friendly .enjoyed talking to het

The thing I didn¿t line was the maid were talking so mound right by my room and it was 6.am in the morning , they should respect people are still sleeping

The staff was fairly courteous. I had a terrible experience with the guest next door to mine leaving the TV on loudly for 24 hours so I could not sleep at nigh. I request a change of room the next morning and the staff was fairly accommodating.
