Hotel employee was the most amazing hostess and help us every step of the way she was able to answer all of our questions and correct some errors made by our booking company. She made our vacation extra special

They didn't have hot coffee on sunday morning, we asked for it two times and it took about 1/2 hour for them to bring it out. Breakfast was not refilled and the counters were messy. After waiting for breakfast to be refilled we finally left. Not good

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They ensured all needs were met. Thank you.

Need a laundry facility for those who stay are longer than a couple of nights. Not all ice machines were available, but this seems to be common lately at many other hotels and chains.

Plenty of room for two people using the bathroom area to get ready for the day.

The highway noise was loud at times. Extra pillow over ears helped.

Location was great, so was staff.

Mold on the ceiling above the shower and my A/C didn't work.

Everything! Beds were horrible and squeaky, stench in the room, night clerk looked like her was smoking pot. Day staff told us we couldn¿t eat in the dining area because it was 9am and she had to close up. Even though we already got our food!

The staff is professional, attentive, and friendly . Great location , breakfast is perfect and a big selection of great food . Best part is the pool is open till 1200 am . Great place to stayfor the whole family Felt like home away from home thank you !

Everything clean comfortable bed the shower tube was very clean so I recommend this hotel it¿s the first time to stayed in pleased place

2 light poles at the back of the parking lot were completely out, back parking lot was pitch black.

Dark room = poor lighting. Unable to connect to internet. staff couldn't help. difficult to find building - poor signage. Toilet paper holder in a bad location. (ROOM 318)

Location! It is within walking distance of everything: food, movie theater, shopping.

It is outdated and not the cleanest joint in town. I wouldn't stay here again. The fitness room was a treadmill, an elyptical, and a bike and some medicine balls. The AC didn't work well and the tv was minuscule. May just be the Hampton brand though.

Yes. A 12 year old girl, put a $20 bill in a drawer & forgot it was there. I called the hotel to see if they could track it down. I was told that it wasn't turned into lost & found and that the maid never saw it. $20 is a huge amount of $ to a child

Hamptons are always nice. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was great! Love the bedding on the beds.

My bathroom door was hard to close. Normally bathroom doors open into the bathroom. This one opened into the entry of the room and rubbed on the carpet so badly that it was hard to open and close. Plus it interfered with opening of the main room door.

Wednesday's evening front desk staff...very, very helpful!Morning dining area staff demonstrated exemplary service...Welcomed, Engaged, Served, and Thanked, which = "W-E-S-T-ern" hospitality.

Morning front desk help seemed aloof...didn't say anything to guests when leaving.
