The staff was amazing! The overnight staff held it down. We had a family reunion and they allowed us to hang in the lobby together to catch up. A+ in my book

The broken light in the pool got my foot on time. Learned my lesson after that.

Rough start at check-in but after explaining things got better and better and better I’ve been at a lot of motels and hotels and this one far exceeded my experience over the last 20 years very clean not a spot missed not a broken lamp nada

Everything was great.

It was very warm the days of our stay but the a/c made it comfortable and easy to sleep. Also the breakfast was very good and made it easy for quick mornings.

Yes,no thrink water in the room, i think a few bottle water should be there.

This is a nice hotel. Good breakfast. Nice pool. It was a great stopping point between Southern Oregon and Disneyland. Gas stations close.

There appeared to be an encampment of people in tents on the property in front of the hotel. Despite this their security measure made me feel safe.

Comfortable bed, good size room, in room coffee (not sure about tea). Go to the heater/air conditioner and turn on the continues fan to create some white noise.

They will have to replace all room windows to knock down highway noise.

Clean breakfast good swimming pool and spa

Their hot breakfast and the friendly staff. Awesome place to stay in.

Everything there was so great. Shofia and the morning staff are just awesome.

I¿ve stayed at this hotel twice and each time was exceptional!! From location to the friendly professional staff, overall cleanliness, value, and available amenities, this hotel is above and beyond many hotels.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, quiet, breakfast was good

saw a bug and they dont clean the rooms i was there for 30 days and only cleaned my room one time not good

The suite was quite spacious. The sofa bed was unbelievably comfortable. We reserved a queen suite with a whirlpool. Looking forward to a spa after our long drive, to our dismay we're given a king suite. Actually as an upgrade it was an amazing space.

I really would have appreciated a message from the property that what I reserved was not available. This would have allowed for me to look elsewhere. Also,I found an ink pen under the bedside table. I'm made to wonder how thorough they are between guests

The Place was clean and pretty new

Only minor stuff... The bathroom door creaked, there was some staining on the ceiling from the shower above leaking.

Yummy breakfast. Pleasant & friendly staff. Good size room for the price. Will stay here again.
