Given key to occupied room. Oops. Desk clerk was not apologetic about this. Property run down. Pillows were terrible. Only 1 towel in double occupancy room. Both ice machines broken. Avoid booking here if at all possible.

Not crowded

One staff member and Security thought it was ok to be rude rude !!! So disrespectful I'll never go there again Wasted my money just to get judged The nerve...

Leaving it

Absolutely. Everything the place was a dump. Cockroaches known working outlets fire alarms in the middle of the night, absolute nightmare.

I will never stay there no hot water no heat

Manger busted in my room before check out time no heat it was very cold I asked for another night on them the Manger was rude and not Fridley no hot water when we took a shower the water was cold

it had rouches all on the bathroom walls coming out of the the shower drains. they gave me another room and it was the same rouches running under the bed as soon as i walked in the room i was so sisgusted i returned the room key and left

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially the front desk. Staff in particular was caring and attentive to any of my wife's and my needs.

Truck space

horrible, very dirty, terrible service ,, the lady from the rude office did not help at all, I would never return, on the day of my entry at 10 min I canceled

everything is useless, it is dirty smells of marijuana terrible service in the office.

The room was not to my expectations. I didn't get enough towels. Called front desk to be room change. The upstairs room was making to much noise using wheellys on a hard wood floor. Didn't stop using the whellys till maybe 2am. Couldn't get a nice sleep.

The woman who checked me in was very friendly and efficient. I like how quick the check-in process was. She clearly knows how to do her job and I appreciated that.

I've stayed at this motel before, quite a few times over the years so I felt I could rely on a satisfactory experience. Unfortunately I had items stolen from my room this last time. The motel is not secure and has gotten noisier. Sleep is impossible.

Front desk was nice

Doors didn't close, no shampoo or laundry soap, phone wasn't connected, no coffee pot, needs more blankets, towels & pillows

Nothing they had roaches in their Rome so I checked out and soon as I take in

They had roaches in the Room that I had

Refunded my money

My door was kicked in and me and my wife were held hostage for an hour. Cops did nothing .

Shady people always walking around, dogs run barking all times of day and night. Bugs and roaches crawling around the room.

It's basic but welcoming. Staff is really nice, room, linens, towels very clean, which is the important thing for this type of pit-stop hotel. If you are looking for a place to get some sleep on a road trip, this is a good choice.

A bit grubby. They seem to be working on this however; noticed they were replacing the trash cans when I was there, which did need replacing

The mattress had lumps. It was impossible to sleep in. The clerk made it seem to me there were no other spare mattresses on location.

Conditions were so bad I got a refund and went across the street to the Holiday Inn.

Office staff.

As long as this is confidential! The cleaning is lame. Bedspreads with burn holes ( cigarette ash appearing) Most of the office staff are A-1 wonderful. An odd one or two not seen often at all are a tad haughty. Price very reasonable for the area.
