Clean, and staff was very helpful and accommodating

Nothing but I was looking to clean out my trash after the first night of staying there and couldn?t find where to empty it. We found a member of staff there and they helped.

I won¿t lie, I was very tickled to see a dishwasher in my room. :)

There wasn¿t a way to traverse the hotel floors without the elevator that was located in the middle. (My room was at the end of the hall; 405); I would¿ve liked to have a staircase that wasn¿t only a fire escape.

The location and the rooms are beautiful!! Have exactly what you need. Wish the prices were lower for a one night stay though.

The sofa bed didn't have springs poking my son's back (like most other hotel sofa beds), very soft mattress...thank you! Plentiful counter space was great!

pool was not heated

We found a cockroach that came from the dishwasher told the front desk. I would of expected more options on hot breakfast it was only egg omelett.

New hotel, comfy beds & linens, salt water pool, good breakfast.

They don¿t offer housekeeping unless you stay 3 nights, according to Trish at the front desk. We stayed 6 nights & she only allowed us housekeeping 1 time, literally refused on the 2nd to last day. Not good hospitality, for that reason we won¿t be back.

Staff at the front desk is constantly trying her best to ruin the stay! She¿s rude, unhelpful, and refuses to provide customer service.

When I arrived, I asked about the pool, was told not in use, after 10:00 ready to leave another employee said it was open.

Layout of the room was exceptional.

The shower door did not stay closed and may be off balance. Had the same experience in another room during a stay a few weeks prior.

The breakfast that I had was really quite good. I enjoyed the Buffett that allowed me to choose options that included French toast, fresh fruit, and scrambled eggs.

There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel.
