- We asked for ADA beds and they said all they had were too tall of beds resulting in my father-in-law falling and injuring himself trying to get in bed. We wrote a letter to IHG and never heard back
- The cell phone charging port doesn’t work on one side of the bed
- It was dirty. There was poop in the shower. Noise level was bad. No cell service for ATT

There was a tissue hanging out of the wall that appeared to be used to stuff/block a hole between rooms. Also some type of tape was on the floor that was at the entrance to the bathroom, looking like it was being used to keep the floor from coming up.
