Pros +
- Beautiful location and super welcoming staff. The big lobby fireplace was lovely, room was clean and spacious. The linens were lovely.
- Amazing location in front of Lake, with outstanding view. Few minutes from downtown, church, snow parks and ski parks as well. Very good breakfast and comfortable rooms and beds. Staff very kind, and again: outstanding view.
- Overall, it was an excellent experience. Hotel room was perfect except it could use a little brighter lighting. Even though the hotel was pet friendly, only ground floor rooms allowed pets & pets are not allowed in dining room & lounge area. Old hotel but clean, well managed & maintained. Helpful & friendly staff.
Cons -
- Our room (20) was very cold, even with the heat on. We think it’s because it was on the end and next to the open stairs to the parking lot. The bed was also too soft for our liking.
- I asked for a room service at dinner. And actually, that meal was not so good. But this was the unique complain from me and my family.
- Would have like hot breakfast, not just continental breakfast.
