The night clerk was way helpful. Even if we didn't get a room he tried his hardest

No ice machine

The room details advertised did not match the actual room. None of the lights worked. The bathtub was dirty and peeling. Mold on bathroom door making the paint bubble. Bed was broken and leaned down on one end. Floors were wet and sticky.

Not as described. This was not a ste queen w/ a hot tub. It was 2 queens with a reg. tub. Rooms were dirty. Doors were hard to close and open. You can see the damages on the doors. There were stains on the sheets & hairs everywhere. Strong smell of weed.

Absolutely nothing!!!!

Everything, I did not stay the night. Couldn't leave fast enough. Door was obviously pried open multiple times. Very bad hotel, especially for a woman traveling alone. I was extremely uncomfortable there and so we're my dogs. I took a loss on money.

I was able to sleep with my own covers. The bed was filthy.

I hate everything about the hotel. Next time looks already receiving it looked nice on the paper and when I got there was it was ugly.

It gave me insect bites on my face and the hotel refused to give me my money back.

EVERY ROOM HAS BED BUGS AND ROACHES

Woman at front counter was helpful. I actually kind of felt sorry for her. She went to show me a downstairs room (she did not know if door wotked) She put her back and shoulder into door w/o access. While she walked along, she was picking blue gloves.

No TV remote. When I attempted to call front desk (3 times), with no answer. I had already removed my prosthetic leg, so I went straight to bed

Yes the staff was not the greatest and could be more polite with customers and make the facility more cleanly and smell better

Hotel is like a scrap. Everything inside is dirty,scrap.

Waste hotel I never seen. Has bugs and cockroaches. I vacated hotel in 2hours.

The room was dirty and had no towels and the covers looked like it had spots.

I had to kill 5 roaches, there were holes everywhere, I still haven?t gotten my deposit back, the customer service was terrible, the sheets were dirty.

The gentleman at the counter returned by deposit. Even though it said no Returns. It was a Spanish gentleman. He was not wearing a name tag. The gentleman that checked me in was iranian.

The first room 141I was put in Reach from marijuana smoke coming from 139the adjacent room. I went to the office and I was changed to Room 135 next to the laundry room. In that room, I Five roaches last straw was when one went across my chest.

DO NOT STAY in this hotel, HOMELESS BREAK IN TO THE ROOMS and the OWNER DOESN'T CARE THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING. They change my room 3 times on 3 nights because that issue. they don't want to refund the money for 3 nights left even this WAS NOT MY FAULT.

Roaches, noisy tenants, bad neighborhood, TV not working properly.

Poor customer service check in at three roaches, the motel parties all through the night, banging police everywhere

Nothing i left after a few hours

It was disgusting not clean food left in the microwave an I got attacked by bed bugs an had to go to the hospital

It was very dirty. The door was broken. We couldn't get into our room because the door was not working properly. There was homeless people roaming all over the place asking if we needed drugs.

No towels Broken air conditioner Broken television When I requested another room the manager kept telling me maintenance will come by to preform a miracle outside his expertise but there was no maintenance ever coming he lied to get me to stay

It was infested with cockroaches And there was no TV Because they could not find a remote in the whole hotel That worked with my TV

I liked nothing it was horrible too many drug users along with too many drug dealers I felt unsafe!
