Yes if you needed something extra they said come down stairs and pick it up they did not bring to room

Staff was pleasant and nice in front desk and at breakfast.

The smell of weed was on my floor and triggered my asthma they did not follow up with what they said they would do when I checked out (management). Also elevator took for ever to get to our floor and to lobby and seemed to get stuck here and there

The wifi in my room didn't want to stay connected and I even paid for the premium wifi and it still work poorly. Was not happy at all

The room my wife and daughter stayed was noisy during late night and early morning due to the ongoing conference.

Hotel location is easy to access and close to grab food.

Restroom air vent has mold inside that mean room air vent might has mold as well. Ask front desk for shower towel and they ask use to use gym towel from the gym. If there's none than come by again and they will give use hand towel, bad customer service.

Pool and the girls up front keke and Trina were amazing

It was hot the air should be way better then that for what I paid and the coffee pots were dirty like old water

The location had lots of shopping stores, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The hotel had night security on the grounds during the night.

The air conditioning unit was not keeping the room to the best cooling temperature considering it was between 103 and 109 degrees while we were there.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Little feathers flew all over the room. Just a few at a time. This use to be an excellent place to stay. Not so much anymore. It seems old and needs severe updating. Even a fresh paint job would help. Overpriced.

Location is convenient.

Only one bath towel in King room? Two complimentary level 2 chargers not working out of 4 available. Starbucks in lobby was closed on Saturday morning when we were told the night before that they would be open. Aging Hilton in need of an update.

Location was great for passing through visitors. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is dated and needs an update. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was sub par. It would also be nice if there was a continental breakfast included with your stay.

Non smoking but my room smelled like stale smoke and in the bathroom you could smell smoke possibly from up stairs. Overall it was okay Very friendly staff

There were places close by to eat. So it was all very comfortable and convenient. Thank you. Again the staff from the front desk to the bar area was great. The lady in the bar was by herself and she still was friendly and very patient with the customers.

The Lobby is beautiful and tranquil, as is the outdoor patio and pool area. The upper floor rooms are spacious and roomy. The linens are premium and beds are extremely comfortable. Outdated though.

The room was great except it looked like it was occupied already. Someone had sat on the beds, dirty water in the tub, muddy footprints in the bathroom and filthy wet towels in a pile on the floor. It was really creepy! But they moved us to a lesser room

There was a used glass with liquid and lipstick in my room . And all staff could offer me was free breakfast . I have a toddler that could have put his mouth on it and possibly contracted a disease or sickness . I will not be returning to the Los hotel .

Restaurant had good service and food. Room was spacious and clean.

Towels were clean, but not soft

the nightly price for the hotel is a bit high. outdated and needs updated fixtures. the room doors were very hard to close securely and all were loud up and down the hall way.

The hotel was very clean. All employees were very nice. Tyr fitness room was well stocked and clean. The rooms had very nice decor and the tv size and channel list was excellent.In fact I ended up recommending the hotel to they ended up reserving rooms.

On my last night I noticed a crack in the wall above the slider. It was only noticeable when I opened the curtains all the way. The pool was a little small for the outdoor area it was in. The only suggestion would be to modernize the decor in the lobby

The pool was very dirty. We had to go to the front desk to get towels. There should be free breakfast.
