The spa

Spider infestation on the outside. Found a bug in the room so they switched us to a smaller room the first room was a queen bed and a sofa couch the room they switched me to had a queen bed with couch which was dirty as heck dont go there very bad!!!

Well to start I requested a king bed to find out they didn’t have any, parking was not cool sap got all over my car. Very hard to remove off my Car. Staff was rude.

We got out of our test earlier than expected and went to the hotel and asked if we could check in early , about noon. The lady who was at the front desk said sure and gave me an accessible room next to the rear door that was perfect for my needs.

The ice Maker in the fridge was turned off and the bin empty but the front desk staff went right to the kitchen and got me my bin full for my medical ice cooler machine. The staff was very helpful and responsive to my needs.

Clean, comfortable, safe, private and attractive.

Marriott might try something else for breakfast

The TV had an hdmi port

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Do not go there and expect to be treated like you would at any other Marriott in the world. Hotel employee at the front desk is rude and not helpful and the operations manager doesn't help much either.

Rooms had sufficient dishes in the kitchen

Staff was EXTREMELY inflexible with us and would not let us keep the same room after paying upfront for 3 weeks staying there. Made us move all of our stuff. Rude and discourteous staff. Ruined me towards marriotts altogether. DO NOT recommend the hotel.

Just as expected, a neat, serviceable room and a nice complimentary breakfast.

Sheets were synthetic.

We have stayed here a multitude of times. We have a 70 lbs dog & it is a Dog Friendly location. Liked & used the gym facility.

Would like a Pull-up bar and Dip bar in the gym.

I liked the space in the room.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Sinking, way too soft. Felt like the mattress hasnt been changed in years. Also, I think the folks next door were smoking tobacco; I could smell it in the hallway.

Staff is always super welcoming and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfy with nice fluffy pillows. The location is excellent - close to freeway, food and shopping. I always feel safe staying here.

I enjoyed the surrounding area. The atmosphere was pleasant.

The parking. I had to park out on the street in order to be close to my room. Also my room had a weird smell.

The staff was kind and welcoming. The room was roomy. I'll have to use the BBQ next visit.
