Yes, the first room I was placed in (301) had a bad odor. It reeked of cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. I noticed the TV greeting said Welcome, Mateo and not Donnetta. I called down to the front desk and explained the dissatisfaction.

Great rooms. Clean and well kept property. New building.

The hot tub was not available while we were there

It was clean hotel and the availability of parking and breakfast.

Lights outage and no back up.

The hotel was very nice and the coffee was good along with the breakfast. Parking was good... open stalls at night. Staff was nice as well. The room was very spacious and clean. Love the amenities

Location was confusing to get to because street entry was blocked and the trucking traffic was crazy. But once we figured out the way, it was not a big deal. Too many bread choices on the breakfast...maybe add a potato dish instead of French toast..cost??

The room and bathroom were spacious

I stayed for 4 days and did not get cleaning service at all for the room. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. There was traffic turning into the hotel in the afternoons because the hotel blocked the other entrance option.

The room at all of our needs

Our room did not have hot water. Once I notified the front desk, they gave us another room with working hot water.

I loved the location and cleanliness of the hotel.

The customer service was not so great. Upon arrival, I waited for someone to come to the counter for 15 min. I was shocked because every Hilton I have stayed at has been great service. Maybe they need to better train their front desk staff.

Breakfast and front desk staff were awesome.

The Hotel was clean for the most part and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great and for town of Stockton, where I normally will not stay in.. it felt very safe and secure and was not worried about my vehicle getting broken into. The breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable.. I wish I could have slept in a little longer because it was so comfy and cozy!

There were hairs on our bed (and not just a few) when we arrived and the bathroom floor looked as if it had been mopped but not swept beforehand. I do not complain about things like that,so I jsut did a quick clean and moved on with my day. I did not like not having a microwave in my room. For the location of this hotel a lot of stays are for sports tournaments and work trips and having to leave your room late at night to use the microwave in the hotel is frustrating. just one extra thing that might make others stay more comfortable!

Staff was great

Location is on a truck route, and my room faces that road. I heard 18 wheelers going by all night. I finally fell asleep around 4am. Not conducive to starting a 5 hour training on Special Ed to 50 educators beginning at 8:30

It was cute to see my name on the TV. They show you to text if you need anything sent to your room. Breakfast was good los of options. I enjoy a hot breakfast this close to linen you should look into lockeford sausages.
