Stay Inn Suite

the best thing about the stay inn & suites is the staff. they are friendly, professional and genuinely concerned for their guests. They are on call 24/7 and happy to assist with an issue any time day or night.

what i did not appreciate is during my stay, i was extending my stay on a daily basis and two days before i was to depart they informed me someone had booked my room online with a credit card and they had no vacancy so i must leave immediately.

It feels safe quiet very. Clean nobody hanging out gates are close

Location is close to my doctor's.and nice vietnamese restaurant right next to the room.verynice! And serve the foods that I'm able to eat..staff at desk and maids were very nice and respectful.

NO drinking cups, but everything else was decent..

For the price it¿s above average the rooms are clean and the service is great just don¿t be late checking out or you will lose deposit!

The room was the junior suite, actually smaller than I expected.

The room wad clean tv with a millibn can3ls microwavev refrig3rar a blow dryer and everytjing worked the only thing i did not like was they E with a suprizes depost took 50 bucks off my cant get bsck for 3 dayss k f

It was disappointing. I booked my room for 2 days for my 2 kids and myself. When I arrived, the clerk couldn't find my reservation. She said wait 20 minutes and come check again. I did so, no change. She didn't speak English

she said there were no reservations for me, I showed her my booking confirmation # and she shrugged shoulder. It was late, my kids were in the car, I asked if she knew of hotel similar prices she just looked at me. Then she says I must go and closed door

Nothing it was extremely noisy had lots of traffic and the staff was dismissive and at times rude l

The fact that when I asked for a refund due to the fact that my privacy had been violated someone that drilled holes into the door where you could see completely through again the staff is very disorganized and very dismissive

People at the front desk or rude and I¿m noxious you don¿t try to help you with anything and they take your money that you make it very hard for you to get in to your room you¿re all disrespectful
