Nothing. Well, maybe the hot tub was okay

EVERYTHING! Whatever cleaner they use, smells like disgusting sour vinegar smell. It is so bad! Then the INSANE bleach smell when you walk in the room? The carpet is weirdly wet & sticky and the room keys had to be remade 3 times over 2 days! UNACCEPTABLE

I was in a deluxe King room, was very nice, looked recently updated. 2 TV's one by the bed and one by the couch. Bathroom was very nice. I was impressed.

I stayed in four different rooms over a two week period. The sink was backed up and would not drain in two of the rooms.

The staff was very helpful, the room was good size and offered a complimentary breakfast.

They need to upgrade the tv cable

The location was perfect, easy to find, freeway close and quiet.

Some of the outlets didn?t work in rm 101 but the room was lovely, large and comfortable. We asked for the same room for our next visit later this year.

More than met our expectations after a long day on the road we were warmly welcomed by Courtney at the front desk and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

How clean it is! Location was great and plenty if restaurants close by

location, it is a location i go to several times a year. so it would have been great to be able to continue there.

i will never stay there again, nor will anyone in my company. on check out, the counter person was eating as i was checking out. worst, she made critical remark about my disabled son. i am writing a letter to her boss about it, they should be aware.

the location! The fact that there was parking and the parking was free!In an area that had shopping and fun adventures for all ages! The staff was excellent with advice on where to eat, what to do! Mary and Christina were absolutely amazing!pet friendly

All though there was free coffee through out the whole day,i found the coffee to be weak watered down. very foldgers or maxwell house taste.I drink my coffee black,So no cream or sugar would of boosted the taste of the coffee.BF had too many GMO foods.

They allow me to bring my 20 year old dog.

The people above us were doing jumping jacks or something at bedtime.

Would like to see carpets replaced w/tile or laminate. Too much bacteria in carpet. Breakfast main items need improvement: eggs dry; ham was heated processed meat.

The pool area is awesome, the pool is a great temperature, the breakfast buffet is great for being free

The location is very convenient and the rates are competitive.

Main elevator is broken down and appears to have been that way for some time. Posted signs direct you to the service elevator. With 4 floors of rooms and service personnel moving large carts in one small elevator the wait time is unbearable.

The pool was clean, hot tub was nice and warm.

The front desk staff  was extremely rude, there was a chair in the room that looked horrid, there were streaks of something on the walls and even the furniture, if you get what I'm saying. I complained & front desk didn't care. No towels @ pool.
