AC’s was noisy, bed was not comfortable, breakfast was average

Front desk was very nice and since our plans were canceled we were checked in early. Outstanding, professional, and the way the hotel smelled was very clean. You can tell the housekeeping was on top of there game. Pool clean, towels at pool

The room wasn’t serviced, toilet seat still had pee stains from the last guests, it was a dried up too, my hair curling iron also got stolen by the house keeper

They allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel while we went to Six Flags, so we didn't have to leave it in the car. The pool and hot tub were also nice. Breakfast was pretty good, too.

Parking lot is always full. instructed to park in red zone. Lot is always full when we stay here Free breakfast was much worse than a few months ago

Every day my room keys had to be re keyed. Sometimes twice a day. No I did not have my phone or anything magnetic near them.

Although we were booked for 3 nights we were given one of the smaller rooms at the end of the hallway.

This hotel was super dirty. There was not only hair everywhere and dirty floors, but build up of dirt. It was gross.

Such a wonderful place to stay, friendly customer service and very comfortable beds !!

Staff was friendly and helpful, The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was extra comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby was a real nice surprise!

Accomodating staff, newer decor, clean room convenient location. Near many restaurants and shopping.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate from the room to the public areas. There were many small touches that were useful and thoughtful especially the pet station in the lobby and the accessible food and beverage products.

Great location and friendly staff the room was small but decent for the price. The rating stated the hotel was very clean but it was not. There was urine on the bottom of the toilet, the walls and surfaces need a deep clean, comforter was stained.
