Motel 6 Stanton, CA - Anaheim West

They didn't have a smoking room available .it smelled anyway. Worse than a smoking room.

I didn’t like anything, the staff behind awful! Poor service, poor attitude, dismissive and disrespectful.

No microwave and small refrigerator in the room. The hotel rentals those for $10 each per day. There were 2 ice machines near the office, but both out of order. They didn't even offer bags of ice to who needs it. There was a small microwave very dirty.

Hotel employees are very professional and kind. They offer free coffee everyday from 6-10 am. Free Ice machine and a microwave near the office. House keeping ladies are simple the best the price is great

The only downside is there is no refrigerator in the room.

They didn't have what I was told or expecting. There was no fridge and no working ice machines!!! Also no option for late checkout. They gave me until 11:30a.m., but then their staff at 9:30a.m. and 10:30a.m. and 11a.m. just let Themselves in my room!!!

It was okay no one bothered me. But they didn't have a morning coffee bar are it's more like snack area.

The room was clean, there was plenty of parking and check in/out was quick

the location is close to all the places i need to go also close to my friends in the area. i moved to Arizona and come to orange county a lot. the price is fair and they allow pets/ friendly staff

the beds are very uncomfortable. usually ice machine is broke and vending machines are always out of most sodas. still will stay there whenever I'm in town.

Good stay, good price to be in Anaheim restaurant stores and parks close to the hotel clean and friendly staff

Is a old building and has a smell, parking lot gets full bc is small so you have to park your vehicle in other areas no close to your room

Centralized location. It had a lot of eateries close to the Motel 6.

It was dirty. At first entering the room looked decent but as I started looking further- The room looked like it hadn’t been really truly been cleaned in a while. It was fixed up to look clean but it wasn’t. Let’s start with the bathroom. The bathroom shower wasn’t cleaned. There was long brown hair in the floor of the shower. That was gross. Lastly, the bedding had bodily stains on it. It was absolutely disgusting!!! I will never ever stay here again even if it’s cheap compared to other Motel 6. This place is an ABSOLUTE PASS for me!!!

Kind staff and great overall Our room was very clean

The shower didn’t drain properly so I was literally worried it would over flow due to being a standing shower. Beds are definitely hard. Door to the room didn’t shut properly and my kids were freaked out by that.

Only good thing was jack in the box was next to it other than that it was the worse hotel experience I’ve had!!

They had nothing!! There was a roach in the room.. super noisy.. one little microwave in the office area that barely warmed up ridiculous!!!

20 minutes to Bolsa Chica State Beach.

Didn’t adhere to my booking request of a non-smoking room. The room WREAKED of smoke. Horrible!

It was close to Disneyland and restaurants

The room details that were listed on Booking weren't what we got in person. Beds were full size instead of queen's and we didnt get the fold out bed chair that we were supposed to get. So what we thought we were going to get we didnt. Rooms are not made for 4 plus people

Door looked like it wasn’t closed all the way, floor was dirty. Room smelled, front desk rude. The TV didn’t work, couldn’t even watch tv for my stay. Would never stay here again. Don’t recommend.

Save yourself the trauma

Stay #4 We got a second floor again and it was on the inside of the building what felt like a dungeon. One of the two beds was broken, like caved in broken lose yourself in the quicksand of the bed as it steals you into its recesses broken so I was tired and made sure not to have my ass cheek on the broken side. They asked if I wanted room service when I booked a second night out of extreme exhaustion in this room. I said,”No, thank you.” I left my computer on one of the two beds and all of my valuables not secured thinking no one was entering my room but me my son and my dog. In the am after booking and paying for a second night and telling front desk No to room service and watching her radio room service to tell them to stand down and it’s a no on room service oh and me booking the $10-11 higher priced room and them keeping me in the same room like they did me a favor and not offering a discount which again I was tired and I shrugged off because zero expectations other than safety and sleep at this point and potentially privacy since I looked someone in the eye and they understood not to go in my room. We go to a nice brunch at Norms and come back to go to the bathroom after a couple hours and there is housekeeping in my room. Door wide open. I peeked in and she was so they involved in doing nothing and staring off by my bed while not making it she didn’t notice me. Cart was not blocking the door so anyone could have walked in my room and taken anything. I didnt have the energy for a confrontation since I was in a good mood. So, I went back down to my car with my son and sat for 10 to 15 min and waited for her to be done. Nothing happened, no movement so we just left on to the next activity.
