Clean, cozy

Shower pressure and water temp was not the best.

1) Very spacious bed, neat and clean room 2) Excellent breakfast with lots of protein options 3) All the staff were very kind and helping

1) Improvement - could have more amenities outside room, like swimming pool/spa/games room for kids..etc

It was decent. Appeared clean.

I left this hotel with a whooping cough. Super disgusting. Like fr. Clean the damn vents. The vents were sooooooooooo gross. I needed the heater on I left it on and I was hacking so much all night and sneezing all night.

Charging hotel guests for parking when there¿s multiple spaces in huge lots available has got to stop.. Insulation is very poor.. I could hear every step made by guests in room above ..

Excellent front staff, very accommodating. Loved the breakfast bar!! Great selection of food items, healthy ones too. Female solo traveller, felt very safe. The room was super clean and bed super comfy. Will bring my husband next time. Thank you!

Possibly the crazy guy screaming below our windows early in the morning - just for a few minutes. The elevator was a little funky - you'd hit the button, but wouldn't take until after hitting it several times.

Clean, new, we have everything we needed, good location.

Spacious room, good choices for breakfast, Parking reasonable, staff friendly, price reasonable. I like the idea of shower gel in a large container instead of small tubes or bar soap. Same for body lotion. I plan to stay in my next trip.

THIS WAS THE SADDEST HAMPTON INN. THEY CHEAP OUT ON EVERYTHING (IE. BREAKFAST, SOAPS). THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING WHEN THERE'S PLENTY. CARPETS WERE STICKY. TOWELS WERE SCRATCHY. DOING CONSTRUCTION AT 8AM ABOVE MY HEAD?! THE STAFF WAS UNFRIENDLY.

Location was great.

Did not dig the black mold in the shower. I need to travel with bathroom cleaner.

Pretty close to my car rental place

A group of kids came in for breakfast at 6am when we arrived as our plane was delayed significantly. I don¿t know that¿s just a coincidence or a routine.

Loved the friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options.

Ceiling is very thin - if you have people above you, you're going to know about it. I was awakened one morning at 5:30pm by stomping above me, and it didn't stop by the time I left the room around 10am. Luckily, they checked out my first day.

The best thing about the hotel were the staff, their kindness and ability to problem solve so easily, effectively and efficiently

The first room I was placed in had filthy carpet and reeked of urine. The sink had red/pink stains on it. The second room reeked of strong fragrance/perfume that gave me a headache. The third and final room of the night was great. No odor

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was awesome!

paid parking...:( would be great if more restaurants was near instead of fast foods chain.

The hotel charged $13 plus tax on parking when the lot was half empty.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Even though there were signs stating that masks must be worn in all hotel areas, there were people in common areas (elevators and lobby) that were not wearing masks. I don't expect the staff to be, "mask police", but I was the only person to criticize.
