AC Hotel San Francisco Airport/Oyster Point Waterfront

So noisy and people were partying at 2am in the hallways. Also the room I stayed in was next to the elevator and you could hear the elevator all night long. I couldn?t sleep. The walls were so thin.

Walking into the room it felt clean, the lobby was beautiful it was peaceful and the location was in a nice calm area.

The price of the parking should be included in the room.

The combination of the room design, the location of the hotel, and the overall experience will keep me a loyal customer. The front desk staff is always very nice and helpful providing all of the additional information of the amenities of the hotel.

The couch in the room was very worn down and hope the hotel staff can address that as soon as possible.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable allowing for a great night¿s sleep.

The whole layout of the room was excellent very clean in and out great bar and it was a great vibe recommend it to anyone who is coming to the area.

Just the parking really other then that no everything wuss on point to be honest

Scenery and cleanliness was everything

I did not like that I requested a King size bed with a sofa and that I got a double bed with no sofa. The front desk staff did not warn me but simply sent me to the room. I was then told after calling them of the discrepancy that wasn't resolved.

Room had plumbing issues. Minor issue that we could¿ve called maintenance on but didn¿t want to bothered with workers.

It is a very modern hotel with he latest technological and design characteristics. It has a beautiful view of the Bay; however, the location can be very, very, windy and cold even in the summer.

The desk staff did not have a welcoming attitude. Mad you not feel like you wanted to be there. The restaurant staff was pleasant. Also, they charge me twice for my room and I did not realize it until I checked my credit card. T

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! Very modern! The architect and the decor was stunning! The scenery was beautiful, it’s near the water. The rooms were very minimal but modern, plus we had a great view!

Staff was friendly, minus the one lady who checked me in. She was on the phone while checking me in. The room she first gave me was a room someone had just checked out of and hadn’t been cleaned yet. I had to go back to her to have it corrected.

Location. It’s far enough away where if you want to get away from the Bay Area, it’s great. But it’s also like a 20 min Uber ride from The Sunset District.

Great breakfast and located minutes from the airport. The waterfall shower was amazing.

Insane wind tunnel in front of the hotel made for an unpleasant unpacking experience. No bellhops or help from staff. Our reservation was clearly for a King bed, but we were given a Queen and told that was what we reserved.

The whole room, but mostly the bed!! I slept better than I sleep at home.

They need to hire more personnel, vant have the hostess being the restaurant server, runner and table busser. Front desk attendants need to be more charismatic with hotel guests, seemed like they were forced to talk to guests.
